Claims (4)
- 硬化性材料を吐出させることが可能な回転容積式の材料吐出ポンプを有し、
造形対象である立体構造物の立体形状に則って前記材料吐出ポンプから硬化性材料を吐出させ、硬化させることにより立体構造物を造形可能であり、
前記回転容積式の材料吐出ポンプが、動力を受けて偏心回転する雄ねじ型のロータと、内周面が雌ねじ型に形成されたステータとを有する一軸偏心ねじポンプ機構により、前記硬化性材料を圧送するものであることを特徴とする立体構造物造形装置。 - 前記材料吐出ポンプにより吐出される硬化性材料が光線を照射することにより硬化するものであり、
前記硬化性材料を硬化させるための光線を射出させることが可能な光線射出装置を備えており、
前記光線射出装置により射出される光線の焦点が、前記材料吐出ポンプによる前記硬化性材料の吐出目標位置に合致することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の立体構造物造形装置。 - 前記光線射出装置が、前記材料吐出ポンプと共に移動することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の立体構造物造形装置。
- 前記材料吐出ポンプを移動させるための移動機構として、少なくとも三軸以上の自由度を有し、前記材料吐出ポンプを移動させることが可能なマニピュレータを備えたものであることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の立体構造物造形装置。
