Claims (7)
- 一方の面を発光面とする面発光パネルと、前記面発光パネルの発光面側に配置された平板状の透光材と、を備えた照明装置であって、
前記面発光パネルは、光を放射する発光領域と、前記発光領域の周囲にあって光を放射しない非発光領域と、を有し、
前記透光材は、前記発光領域に相対して設けられ該発光領域から出射された光が入射する光入射面と、前記光入射面に対向して設けられ該光入射面から入射した光が出射する光出射面と、前記光出射面の周縁と前記光入射面の周縁とを互いに連結し該光入射面の周縁から外方に向かって斜めに伸びて前記非発光領域と相対する傾斜面と、を有し、
前記光入射面は、前記発光領域よりも小さく、
前記透光材は、前記光出射面の周縁から前記面発光パネルの側面を覆うように伸びる周枠を更に有し、前記周枠は、透光性材料により構成されていることを特徴とする照明装置。 - 前記透光材は、前記傾斜面に光を反射する反射部を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の照明装置。
- 前記透光材は、前記光入射面に凹部を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の照明装置。
- 前記光出射面は、光を拡散する光拡散面となっていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の照明装置。
- 前記透光材の光出射面に、光を拡散する光拡散層を更に付加したことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の照明装置。
- 前記透光材は、光を拡散する光拡散剤を内含していることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の照明装置。
- 前記光入射面と前記面発光パネルとは、互いに透光性樹脂を介して密着又は接着されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の照明装置。
