Description
Claims (13)
- 主面に凹部が備えられ、磁性体からなる板状のコアと、
前記凹部に収容され、それぞれの一部分が互いに重なるように配置される複数の巻線型コイルと、
前記複数の巻線型コイルを収容するように前記凹部に形成されたグルーブと、
前記コアより低い位置に位置し、前記複数の巻線型コイルの各々の両端に接続され、前記巻線型コイルへの電源供給を制御する回路基板と、
を含み、
前記凹部は、
第1深さで形成される第1凹部と、
前記第1凹部に連通するように形成され、前記第1深さより浅い第2深さを有する第2凹部と、
を含み、
前記凹部は、閉曲線状の輪郭を有するように形成される、
無線電力通信用コアアセンブリ。 - 前記第1凹部及び前記第2凹部は、前記凹部の閉曲線に内接する2つの小さい閉曲線が互いに一部重なる形態にリセスされて形成される、請求項1に記載の無線電力通信用コアアセンブリ。
- 前記小さい閉曲線が互いに重なる一部分は、前記第1深さでリセスされる、請求項2に記載の無線電力通信用コアアセンブリ。
- 前記閉曲線が楕円形である、請求項2に記載の無線電力通信用コアアセンブリ。
- 前記凹部は、底面及び側壁を含み、
前記凹部は、前記互いに重なる複数の巻線型コイルが全体として形成する外周が前記側壁に接触するようにするサイズにリセスされる、請求項1に記載の無線電力通信用コアアセンブリ。 - 前記複数の巻線型コイルの各々は、楕円形状に巻回される、請求項1に記載の無線電力通信用コアアセンブリ。
- 前記複数の巻線型コイルは、同じサイズを有するように巻回される、請求項6に記載の無線電力通信用コアアセンブリ。
- 前記コアは、前記巻線型コイルの中空部への、前記コアから突出する少なくとも1つのサポートを含む、請求項1に記載の無線電力通信用コアアセンブリ。
- 前記サポートの断面の少なくとも一区間は、前記巻線型コイルの中空部の内周面の一部分に接するように、曲線状に形成される、請求項8に記載の無線電力通信用コアアセンブリ。
- 前記コアは、前記複数の巻線型コイルの各々の両端が貫通するように形成される複数の第1貫通孔を備え、
前記回路基板は、前記第1貫通孔に対応して形成される複数の第2貫通孔を備える、請求項9に記載の無線電力通信用コアアセンブリ。 - 前記複数の第1貫通孔は、前記コアの中心を基準として対称となる少なくとも一対の貫通孔を含む、請求項10に記載の無線電力通信用コアアセンブリ。
- 前記回路基板のうち前記コアに対向する面の反対面には、前記複数の巻線型コイルの各々の両端が接続されるように前記両端の数に対応して形成される複数の接続部が備えられる、請求項10に記載の無線電力通信用コアアセンブリ。
- 請求項1に記載の無線電力通信用コアアセンブリであって、前記回路基板に充電電力供給回路が形成される無線電力通信用コアアセンブリと、
前記無線電力通信用コアアセンブリを囲むように形成されるハウジングと、
を含む、無線電力通信用電力供給装置。
