Description
Claims (3)
- 数値制御情報に従い、工作機械に取り付けられた加工物と冶具と工具との相対移動を制御する数値制御装置において、
実際の加工物よりも大きく作成された前記加工物の3次元モデルを格納する3次元モデル格納部と、
前記工作機械に取り付けられた加工物および冶具の形状を一体的に計測する3次元計測部と、
前記3次元計測部が計測した加工物および冶具を一体とみなした計測データを格納する計測データ格納部と、
計測データ格納部に格納された加工物および冶具の計測データに基づき加工物および冶具を一体とみなした一体計測モデルを生成し、生成した前記一体計測モデルと加工物の3次元モデルとに基づいて、加工物および冶具を個別に区別した個別計測モデルを加工物および冶具それぞれに関して生成する形状処理部と、
を備え、前記形状処理部により生成された個別計測モデルを参照し、早送り指令の場合には、前記加工物と治具と工具との干渉を避け、切削中は、前記治具と前記工具の干渉を避け、かつ、前記加工物と前記工具との干渉は無視するように加工物と冶具と工具との相対移動を制御することを特徴とする数値制御装置。 - 前記形状処理部は、前記一体計測モデルと加工物の一方の3次元モデルとを比較し、前記一体計測モデルのうち、前記加工物の一方の3次元モデルに含まれない部分を前記冶具の個別計測モデルとして生成する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の数値制御装置。
- 前記形状処理部は、前記一体計測モデルと加工物の一方の3次元モデルとを比較し、前記一体計測モデルのうち、前記加工物の一方の3次元モデルに含まれる部分を前記加工物の個別計測モデルとして生成する、ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の数値制御装置。
