Description
Claims (5)
- 熱応力により鋳鋼部材の表面に発生した亀裂を補修する補修方法であって、
前記鋳鋼部材の表面部の、前記亀裂を含む部分を除去して凹部を形成し、
純度が99.9%以上のニッケル、純度が99.9999%以上の鉄、及び純度が99.9999%以上のアルミニウムのうち少なくともいずれからなる部材であり、前記凹部と同じ形状に成形され、前記鋳鋼部材より柔らかく、前記鋳鋼部材と溶接可能な第1補修部材を前記凹部に押し込んで埋設し、
前記埋設した第1補修部材と、前記鋳鋼部材とをスポット溶接により接合する
ことを特徴とする鋳鋼部材の補修方法。 - 前記鋳鋼部材より柔らかく、かつ前記鋳鋼部材と溶接可能な金属からなる帯状の第2補修部材を、前記亀裂の長手方向と交叉するように、かつ前記埋設した第1補修部材の上を跨ぐように溶接する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鋳鋼部材の補修方法。 - 前記取り付けた第2補修部材と前記鋳鋼部材の本体とをスポット溶接により接合することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の鋳鋼部材の補修方法。
- 前記第1補修部材及び前記第2補修部材は同一の素材からなることを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載の鋳鋼部材の補修方法。
- 前記第1補修部材及び前記第2補修部材は、ニッケルの純度が99.9%以上の金属製の部材であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の鋳鋼部材の補修方法。
