Claims (3)
- スロットル弁(3)により開閉される吸気道(2)を有すると共に,その吸気道(2)を開閉するスロットル弁(3)の弁軸(3a)を支持するスロットルボディ(1)の一側面(1a)に減速室(5)を画成するカバー(4)を接合し,減速室(5)には,電動モータ(6)と,この電動モータ(6)のステータ(6a)を支持しながらカバー(4)に結合されるモータ支持板(7)と,前記電動モータ(6)のロータ軸(6b)の回転を,そのロータ軸(6b)と平行な前記弁軸(3a)に減速して伝達する減速ギヤ列(8)とを収容してなる,エンジンの吸気制御装置において,
前記カバー(4)を合成樹脂製,前記モータ支持板(7)を金属製として,そのカバー(4)に位置決めボス(14)を一体に形成し,この位置決めボス(14)の外周面に,モータ支持板(7)に設けた第1位置決め孔(15)を嵌合すると共に,前記位置決めボス(14)と前記スロットルボディ(1)とを相互に位置決め嵌合したことを特徴とする,エンジンの吸気制御装置。 - 請求項1記載のエンジンの吸気制御装置において,
前記位置決めボス(14)に前記ロータ軸(6b)と平行な第2位置決め孔(16)を形成して,これに前記スロットルボディ(1)側から前記弁軸(3a)と平行に延出する位置決め軸(17)を嵌合する一方,前記減速ギヤ列(8)を,前記ロータ軸(6b)に付設されるピニオンギヤ(10)と,このピニオンギヤ(10)に噛合する大径中間ギヤ(11a)及び,この大径中間ギヤ(11a)の一側面に一体に形成された小径中間ギヤ(11b)よりなる中間ギヤブロック(11)と,前記弁軸(3a)に付設されて前記小径中間ギヤ(11b)に噛合する出力ギヤ(12)とで構成し,前記中間ギヤブロック(11)を前記位置決め軸(17)で支承したことを特徴とする,エンジンの吸気制御装置。 - 請求項2記載のエンジンの吸気制御装置において,
前記ピニオンギヤ(10)及び出力ギヤ(12)を,これらピニオンギヤ(10)及び出力ギヤ(12)の側面同士が対向するように配置したことを特徴とする,エンジンの吸気制御装置。
