Claims (6)
- 排気通路に設けられる酸化触媒と、前記酸化触媒の上流側の排気温度である上流側排気温度及び前記酸化触媒の下流側の排気温度である下流側排気温度を検出する排気温度検出器と、を備えるディーゼルエンジンの各気筒内に燃料を噴射する燃料噴射装置の燃料噴射量の異常を診断する異常診断装置であって、
前記上流側排気温度と前記下流側排気温度との比較に基づいて前記ディーゼルエンジンを運転するときの前記燃料噴射装置の燃料噴射量が過剰であるか否かを判定する異常判定部を備える、
ことを特徴とする異常診断装置。 - 請求項1に記載の異常診断装置であって、
前記異常判定部は、前記上流側排気温度と前記下流側排気温度との差が過剰判定値以上である場合、前記燃料噴射装置の燃料噴射量が過剰であると判定する、
ことを特徴とする異常診断装置。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の異常診断装置であって、
前記ディーゼルエンジンは、前記排気通路の前記酸化触媒より下流側において排気中の粒子状物質を捕集するフィルタを備え、
前記排気温度検出器は、前記フィルタより上流側の排気温度を前記下流側排気温度として検出する、
ことを特徴とする異常診断装置。 - 請求項3に記載の異常診断装置であって、
前記異常判定部は、前記フィルタに堆積した粒子状物質を燃焼させるために行われる燃料噴射であるポスト噴射が行われていないこと、及び、ディーゼルエンジンに対する要求負荷が燃料増量負荷値より大きい高負荷運転時でないこと、を満たす場合に前記燃料噴射装置の燃料噴射量が過剰であるか否かを判定する、
ことを特徴とする異常診断装置。 - 請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか一項に記載の異常診断装置であって、
前記ディーゼルエンジンは、前記排気通路の前記酸化触媒より下流側において排気中の窒素酸化物を還元浄化するSCR触媒を備え、
前記異常判定部は、前記酸化触媒より下流側であって前記SCR触媒より上流側における窒素酸化物の濃度が不足判定値以上である場合、前記燃料噴射装置の燃料噴射量が不足していると判定する、
ことを特徴とする異常診断装置。 - 請求項5に記載の異常診断装置であって、
前記異常判定部は、前記ディーゼルエンジンがアイドル状態である場合に前記燃料噴射装置の燃料噴射量が不足しているか否かを判定する、
ことを特徴とする異常診断装置。
