Description
本発明の第1実施形態に関して、図1〜図6を用いて説明する。本実施形態の車両用空調装置10はハイブリッド自動車に搭載された空調装置である。本実施形態の車両用空調装置10には冷凍サイクルが備えられており、冷凍サイクルの構成部品であるコンプレッサ11には車両に搭載された電動モータ12により駆動される電動コンプレッサ11が採用されている。電動モータ12は、車載バッテリ13から電力が供給されて駆動する。
以上、本発明の好ましい実施形態について説明したが、本発明は上述した実施形態に何ら制限されることなく、本発明の主旨を逸脱しない範囲において種々変形して実施することが可能である。

Claims (6)
- 車両に搭載される冷凍サイクルを構成し、車室内を空調するための冷媒を圧縮するコンプレッサ(11)と、
前記車室内の空調の熱負荷として、前記冷凍サイクルを構成するエバポレータを通過した空気の温度であるエバ後温度を検出する検出手段(22)と、
前記検出手段によって検出された熱負荷が予め設定される前記車室内の空調要求を満足するように、前記コンプレッサの回転数を制御する制御手段(18)と、を含み、
前記制御手段は、
前記空調要求を満足するための前記エバ後温度の目標値である目標エバ後温度と前記検出手段によって検出された前記エバ後温度との差により、前記空調要求を満足しているか否かを判断し、
前記コンプレッサの前記回転数を制御して前記空調要求を満足した場合には、前記空調要求を満足した前記回転数を含む所定範囲内の回転数を基準回転数として、前記空調要求を満足した状態を維持するように前記基準回転数と、前記基準回転数よりも低い低回転数とを周期的に切り換えることを特徴とする車両用空調装置。 - 前記制御手段は、前記検出手段によって検出された前記熱負荷の変化の度合いが所定値以下の場合に、前記空調要求を満足した場合と判断することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用空調装置。
- 前記制御手段は、前記空調要求を満足した場合には、前記基準回転数で前記コンプレッサを駆動している状態と、前記低回転数が0であり、前記コンプレッサが停止している状態とを周期的に切り換えることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の車両用空調装置。
- 前記制御手段は、前記冷凍サイクルに要求される必要冷房能力が所定値よりも小さい場合には、前記基準回転数と前記低回転数とを周期的に切り換えることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の車両用空調装置。
- 前記基準回転数は、前記コンプレッサの振動および前記コンプレッサからの騒音が所定値未満となる回転数であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の車両用空調装置。
- 前記コンプレッサは、電動のコンプレッサであることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の車両用空調装置。
