Description

Claims (16)
- 組織部位の治療用減圧システムと共に使用される減圧コネクタにおいて、
シーリング部材を介して前記組織部位に減圧を加えるためのコネクタ本体であって、ベントポートと、減圧を供給する減圧送給導管に流体連結するための本体導管とを備えて形成されるコネクタ本体と、
前記ベントポートを覆って前記コネクタ本体に連結される可撓性部材であって、前記可撓性部材が少なくとも1つのベント口を備えて形成され、及び前記可撓性部材が前記ベントポートから離れる方に付勢されており、閾値減圧より大きい減圧下では圧潰して前記ベントポートを封塞するように構成される、可撓性部材と、
を含むことを特徴とする減圧コネクタ。 - 請求項1に記載の減圧コネクタにおいて、前記減圧送給導管が複数のルーメンを含み、前記複数のルーメンの少なくとも1つが前記組織部位から流体を抜き出し、及び前記複数のルーメンの別のルーメンが、前記減圧コネクタにより加えられる減圧を決定することを特徴とする減圧コネクタ。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の減圧コネクタにおいて、前記ベントポートが加圧作動気体の供給源と流体連通していることを特徴とする減圧コネクタ。
- 請求項1又は2又は3に記載のコネクタにおいて、減圧が閾値圧未満の減圧に低下すると(絶対尺度で圧力が上昇すると)、前記可撓性部材が拡張位置に戻るように構成されることを特徴とするコネクタ。

- 請求項1又は請求項1乃至6の何れか1項に記載のコネクタにおいて、前記可撓性部材が、前記可撓性部材を前記ベントポートから離れる方に付勢するドーム形状であることを特徴とするコネクタ。
- 患者における組織部位を減圧により治療するためのシステムにおいて、
前記組織部位に隣接して配置されるマニホルドと、
第1の側面と第2の組織側に向く側面とを有するシーリング部材であって、前記第2の組織側に向く側面が前記マニホルド及び前記患者の表皮の一部分に隣接して配置するためのものであり、前記シーリング部材が供給口とポート口とを有する、シーリング部材と、
前記マニホルドに減圧が供給されるよう前記シーリング部材に連結するための減圧コネクタであって、
第1の端部と第2の端部とを有する本体導管を備えて形成されるコネクタ本体であって、前記本体導管の前記第2の端部が前記供給口と流体連結される、コネクタ本体と、
前記ポート口との流体連通を提供するための、前記コネクタ本体に形成されたベントポートと、
前記ベントポートを覆って前記コネクタ本体に連結される可撓性部材であって、前記可撓性部材が少なくとも1つのベント口を備えて形成され、及び前記可撓性部材が前記ベントポートから離れる方に付勢されており、閾値圧より大きい減圧下では圧潰して前記ベントポートを封塞するように構成される、可撓性部材と、
を含む減圧コネクタと、
前記減圧コネクタと減圧送給導管を介して流体連通する減圧源において、減圧が閾値圧未満であると、それに応答して前記可撓性部材が拡張位置に戻るように構成される、減圧源と、
を含むことを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項8に記載のシステムにおいて、前記減圧送給導管が複数のルーメンを含み、前記複数のルーメンの少なくとも1つが、前記組織部位から流体を抜き出すように構成されることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項8又は9に記載のシステムにおいて、前記少なくとも1つのベント口に侵入する空気を調整するための、少なくとも部分的に前記可撓性部材を覆って配置されるカバーをさらに含むことを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項8又は9又は10に記載のシステムにおいて、前記作動気体から汚染物質を除去するための、前記少なくとも1つのベント口を覆う少なくとも1つの膜をさらに含むことを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項8又は請求項9〜11の何れか1項に記載のシステムにおいて、前記ベントポートが前記本体導管と直接連通することを特徴とするシステム。
- シーリング部材を介して患者における組織部位に減圧を加えるための減圧コネクタの製造方法において、
コネクタ本体を形成するステップと、
前記コネクタ本体に、第1の端部と第2の端部とを有する本体導管を形成するステップであって、前記第1の端部が、減圧を供給する減圧送給導管に流体連結するためのものであり、及び前記第2の端部が、マニホルドに減圧を送給するためのものである、ステップと、
前記コネクタ本体にベントポートを形成するステップと、
前記ベントポートを覆って可撓性部材を提供するステップと、
前記可撓性部材に少なくとも1つのベント口を形成するステップと、
を含み、
前記可撓性部材が前記ベントポートから離れる方に付勢されており、閾値減圧より大きい減圧下では圧潰して前記ベントポートを封塞するように構成されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項13に記載の方法において、前記可撓性部材が、前記少なくとも1つのベント口を通って送達される空気から汚染物質をろ過するための、前記少なくとも1つのベント口を着脱可能に被覆する1つ又は複数の膜をさらに含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項13又は14に記載の方法において、前記少なくとも1つのベント口を少なくとも部分的に被覆して前記少なくとも1つの(at least on)ベント口を通る空気の流れを制御するための、前記可撓性部材を覆うカバーを形成するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項13又は14又は15に記載の方法において、前記ベントポートが前記本体導管と直接連通することを特徴とする方法。
