Claims (7)
- 水晶体嚢のサイズを推定する方法であって、
対象の患者データを得るステップと、
眼水晶体の前面および前記眼水晶体の後面をイメージ化するステップと、
前記眼水晶体の屈折率を推定するステップと、
前記眼水晶体の前面の曲率半径を決定するために前記眼水晶体の前面のイメージの歪みを補正するステップと、
前記眼水晶体の後面の曲率半径を決定するために前記眼水晶体の後面のイメージの歪みを補正するステップと、
前記前面の補正済イメージおよび前記後面の補正済イメージを用いて、前記眼水晶体の厚みを決定するステップと、
前記推定された屈折率、前記患者データおよび前記眼水晶体の前面の曲率半径を用いて、前記眼水晶体の後面の推定曲率半径および眼水晶体の推定厚みを推定するステップと、
決定された後面曲率半径と後面の推定曲率半径との差を決定し、かつ前記眼水晶体の厚みと眼水晶体の前記推定厚みとの差を決定するステップと、
推定された屈折率を変えながら、前記眼水晶体の後面の推定曲率半径および眼水晶体の推定厚みを推定する前記ステップならびに前記決定するステップを繰り返すことにより、前記差のうちの少なくとも一つを最小化するステップと、
前記前面の曲率半径、前記後面の曲率半径および前記眼水晶体の厚みを用いて前記水晶体嚢の幾何学モデルを作るステップと、
を備える水晶体嚢のサイズを推定する方法。 - コンピュータベースのシステムが、計算された前記幾何学モデルに基づき移植する眼内レンズを選択するステップをさらに備える請求項1に記載の水晶体嚢のサイズを推定する方法。
- 前記幾何学モデルから嚢袋径を計算するステップをさらに備える請求項1に記載の水晶体嚢のサイズを推定する方法。
- 前記屈折率を推定するステップが、前記患者データを用いて前記眼水晶体の屈折率を推定するステップを備える請求項1に記載の水晶体嚢のサイズを推定する方法。
- エンドキャップを前記幾何学モデルにフィットさせて嚢袋径を計算するステップをさらに備える請求項1に記載の水晶体嚢のサイズを推定する方法。
- 推定されたレンズの弾力を用いて嚢袋径を計算するステップをさらに備える請求項1に記載の水晶体嚢のサイズを推定する方法。
- 前記眼水晶体の前面および眼水晶体レンズの後面をイメージ化するステップが、シャインフルーグイメージングシステムを用いて眼水晶体の前面および眼水晶体の後面をイメージ化するステップを備える請求項1に記載の水晶体嚢のサイズを推定する方法。
