Description
一つの実施形態において、本発明は、例えば、以下の項目を提供する。

遠位端および近位端を有する略管状主要本体と、
前記主要本体と一体的に形成されるアンカ部材であって、前記アンカ部材は、装填位置と拡張位置との間を移動可能である第1および第2の対向する環状フランジを備え、前記一対の環状フランジは、実質的に、前記主要本体の長手方向軸に垂直である、アンカ部材と、
を備える、コネクタ。
(項目2)前記主要本体の内径は、第2の端部よりも第1の端部において大きい、項目1に記載の吻合部コネクタ。
(項目3)前記第1の端部の内径は、前記第2の端部の内径よりも小さい、項目1に記載の吻合部コネクタ。
(項目4)前記第1の端部の内径は、前記第2の端部の内径と同一である、項目1に記載の吻合部コネクタ。
(項目5)アンカ部材はさらに、前記第1の環状フランジと前記第2の環状フランジとの間に位置付けられる中心部分を含む、項目1に記載の吻合部コネクタ。
(項目6)前記アンカ部材は、自己拡張材料を備える、項目1に記載の吻合部コネクタ。
(項目7)前記第1の環状フランジは、第1の部分および第2のフィンガ部分を含む、項目1に記載の吻合部コネクタ。
(項目8)前記第1の部分は、実質的に、前記主要本体の長手方向軸に垂直である、項目7に記載の吻合部コネクタ。
(項目9)前記第2のフィンガ部分は、ある鋭角だけ、前記第1の部分からオフセットされる、項目8に記載の吻合部コネクタ。
(項目10)前記第2のフィンガ部分は、前記主要本体の前記遠位端に向かって延在する、項目9に記載の吻合部コネクタ。
(項目11)前記第2の環状フランジは、前記主要本体の前記近位端に向かって近位方向に延在し、ある鋭角だけ、前記主要本体の長手方向軸からオフセットされる、項目1に記載の吻合部コネクタ。
(項目12)前記コネクタは、ストランド間に所定の相対的配向を有する複数のワイヤストランドを備える素材から形成される、項目1に記載の吻合部コネクタ。
(項目13)前記ワイヤストランドは、螺旋状に構成される、項目12に記載の吻合部コネクタ。
(項目14)前記ワイヤストランドは、編組される、項目12に記載の吻合部コネクタ。
(項目15)前記ワイヤのピッチおよびピックは、低い、項目12に記載の吻合部コネクタ。
(項目16)前記ワイヤのピッチおよびピックは、高い、項目12に記載の吻合部コネクタ。
(項目17)前記コネクタは、一体的に形成された素材の二重壁から形成される、項目1に記載の吻合部コネクタ。
(項目18)前記材料は、所定の熱量を受けた場合、成形表面によって引き起こされた有効変形量を保持するように構成される、項目17に記載の吻合部コネクタ。
(項目19)前記材料は、形状記憶合金である、項目18に記載の吻合部コネクタ。
(項目20)前記材料は、ニチノールである、項目19に記載の吻合部コネクタ。
(項目21)前記フィンガ部分は、実質的に平坦なヘッドを含む、項目1に記載の吻合部コネクタ。
(項目22)流体通路内に吻合部コネクタを位置付ける方法であって、前記方法は、
遠位端および近位端を含む略管状主要本体を有する吻合部コネクタと、
前記主要本体に一体的に連結されるアンカ部材であって、前記アンカ部材は、装填位置と拡張位置との間を移動可能である第1および第2の環状フランジを備え、フィンガが、実質的に、前記主要本体の長手方向軸に垂直である、アンカ部材と、
を提供するステップと、
前記吻合部コネクタを導入器の中に装填するステップと、
流体通路の中のアクセス部位を通して、前記導入器の遠位端を導入するステップと、
前記吻合部コネクタを前記流体通路の中に展開するステップであって、展開の際に、前記アンカ部材の一方の環状フランジは、前記流体通路の内部表面に係合するように拡張され、前記第2の環状フランジは、前記流体通路の中に前記吻合部コネクタを着座させるように、前記流体通路の外側表面に係合する、ステップと、
を含む、方法。
Claims (17)
- 吻合部コネクタであって、前記吻合部コネクタは、
遠位端および近位端を有する略管状主要本体であって、前記管状主要本体は、自己拡張メッシュフレームを有する、主要本体と、
前記主要本体と一体的に形成されるアンカ部材であって、前記アンカ部材は、前記主要本体の前記遠位端に配置される第1および第2の対向する自己拡張環状フランジを備え、前記第1の環状フランジは、前記第2の環状フランジの近位にあり、前記第1の環状フランジは、前記主要本体の前記遠位端に向かって延在し、前記第2の環状フランジは、前記主要本体の前記近位端に向かって延在し、前記第1および第2の環状フランジは、装填位置と、前記一対の環状フランジが前記主要本体の長手方向軸から半径方向外側に向かって延在する拡張位置との間を移動可能である、アンカ部材と、
を備え、
前記拡張位置において、前記第2の自己拡張環状フランジは、単独で血管壁の内側表面に対して非突刺の半径方向力を作用させるように構成され、前記第1の自己拡張環状フランジは、前記血管壁に対して前記アンカ部材を着座させるように、前記血管壁の外側表面に対して非突刺の対向する半径方向力を作用させるように構成され、前記管状主要本体は、前記血管壁の外部で延在するように構成される、コネクタ。 - 前記主要本体の内径は、前記遠位端よりも前記近位端において大きい、請求項1に記載の吻合部コネクタ。
- 前記近位端の内径は、前記遠位端の内径よりも小さい、請求項1に記載の吻合部コネクタ。
- 前記近位端の内径は、前記遠位端の内径と同一である、請求項1に記載の吻合部コネクタ。
- アンカ部材はさらに、前記第1の環状フランジと前記第2の環状フランジとの間に位置付けられる中心部分を含む、請求項1に記載の吻合部コネクタ。
- 前記第1の環状フランジは、第1の部分および第2のフィンガ部分を含む、請求項1に記載の吻合部コネクタ。
- 前記第1の部分は、前記主要本体の長手方向軸に垂直であり、前記第2のフィンガ部分は、ある鋭角だけ、前記第1の部分からオフセットされ、前記第2のフィンガ部分は、前記主要本体の前記遠位端に向かって延在する、請求項6に記載の吻合部コネクタ。
- 前記第2の環状フランジは、ある鋭角だけ、前記主要本体の長手方向軸からオフセットされる、請求項1に記載の吻合部コネクタ。
- 前記コネクタは、ストランド間に所定の相対的配向を有する複数のワイヤストランドを備える素材から形成される、請求項1に記載の吻合部コネクタ。
- 前記ワイヤストランドは、螺旋状に構成される、請求項9に記載の吻合部コネクタ。
- 前記ワイヤストランドは、編組される、請求項9に記載の吻合部コネクタ。
