Claims (4)
- シリンダと、このシリンダの一方端を閉塞する環状のヘッド部材と、このヘッド部材内周に軸支され上記シリンダ内に軸方向に移動可能に挿入されるピストンロッドと、このピストンロッドに保持されて上記シリンダ内に二つの作用室を区画するピストンとを備える緩衝器本体と、
上記緩衝器本体の軸方向長さを調整する車高調整手段とを備える車高調整機能付き緩衝器において、
上記車高調整手段は、一方の上記作用室内にジャッキ室を区画して軸方向に伸縮可能な隔壁部材と、上記ジャッキ室に作動流体を給排するポンプとを備え、
上記隔壁部材は、上記ピストンロッドに固定されピストン側に配置される固定隔壁と、この固定隔壁に摺動可能に取り付けられてヘッド部材側に配置される可動隔壁とからなり、上記固定隔壁と上記可動隔壁との間に上記ジャッキ室が形成されることを特徴とする車高調整機能付き緩衝器。 - 上記固定隔壁は、上記ピストンロッド外周に固定される環板状の底部と、この底部外周からヘッド部材側に起立する筒状壁部とからなり、
上記可動隔壁は、上記筒状壁部内周に外周を摺接させ、上記ピストンロッド外周に内周を摺接させてなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車高調整機能付き緩衝器。 - 上記可動隔壁は、筒状に形成されてなり、内周が拡径されて上記固定隔壁との間に上記ジャッキ室を形成し外周を上記筒状壁部に摺接させるピストン側先端部と、このピストン側先端部のヘッド部材側に連設されて内周を上記ピストンロッド外周に摺接させる中央部と、この中央部のヘッド部材側に連設されると共に外周が拡径されて上記筒状壁部のヘッド部材側端部と対向するヘッド部材側基端部とからなることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車高調整機能付き緩衝器。
- 上記ポンプは、上記緩衝器本体外に設置され、ジャッキ用通路を介して上記ジャッキ室内に作動流体を給排し、このジャッキ用通路の一部が上記ピストンロッドに形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3の何れか一項に記載の車高調整機能付き緩衝器。
