Claims (10)
- 拡張自在のバルーンの外周にマウントされ、前記バルーンの拡張により拡張するステントであって、
前記ステントの周方向に間隔を置いて複数配置される波状ストラットと、前記波状ストラットの間に配置される複数の接続ストラットと、を有し、
前記波状ストラットは、前記ステントの軸方向の一端から他端まで延長し、かつ、隣接する波状ストラットに対して近接している部位からなる近接部と、離間している部位からなる離間部と、前記近接部と前記離間部とを連結する直線状部と、を有しており、
前記直線状部は、前記ステントが前記バルーンにマウントされた状態において、前記ステントの周方向に延長しており、
前記接続ストラットは、隣接する前記波状ストラットの前記離間部同士を連結しているステント。 - 前記接続ストラットは、前記ステントの周方向に直線状に延長している請求項1に記載のステント。
- 前記波状ストラットは、前記ステントの一端および/又は他端に位置する前記離間部を有し、隣接する前記波状ストラットの前記一端および/又は他端に位置する前記離間部同士は、前記接続ストラットによって連結されている請求項1又は請求項2に記載のステント。
- 前記接続ストラットは、前記ステントの軸方向に関し、前記離間部の中央に連結されている請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のステント。
- 前記離間部の一部のみ、前記接続ストラットによって連結されており、前記波状ストラットは、前記接続ストラットによって連結されていない前記離間部を有する請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のステント。
- 前記ステントの軸方向に関し、前記接続ストラットによって連結されている前記離間部の長さは、前記接続ストラットによって連結されていない前記離間部の長さより長い請求項5に記載のステント。
- 前記直線状部は、前記ステントの軸方向に対する交差角が45度以上かつ90度以下となるように延長している請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のステント。
- 前記直線状部は、前記ステントの軸方向に対する交差角が60度以上かつ90度以下となるように延長している請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のステント。
- 前記直線状部は、前記ステントの軸方向に対する交差角が90度となるように延長している請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のステント。
- 中空状のシャフト部および前記シャフト部の先端部の外周に配置される拡張自在のバルーンを有するバルーンカテーテルと、
前記バルーンにマウントされ、前記バルーンの拡張により拡張する請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のステントと、
を有するステントデリバリーシステム。
