Description
a)ポリマーである複合材料で構成された車輪のリム及びハブを治具に取り付ける工程
b)前記ハブ及び前記リムに接続のために設けられた溝の内部に、2つずつ対にした前記スポークの端部を挿入する工程
c)前記スポークの前記端部が挿入された前記溝に熱硬化性バインダーを注入する工程
d)乾燥炉における重合反応によって、前記スポークを前記リム及び前記ハブに接続する工程
a)複合材料で構成されたリム2及び車輪のハブ3を治具に取り付ける。
b)複合材料で構成され、2つずつ対にしたスポーク4の端部を、ハブ及びリムに接続のために設けた溝8に挿入して、2つのスポークの傘状の集合体を形成する。
c)スポークの端部のための挿入溝に熱硬化性バインダーを注入する。
d)乾燥炉における重合反応によって、スポークをリム及びハブと接続する。
Claims (14)
- 自転車のための車輪(1)であって、
環状のリム(2)と、
リムの中心に位置するハブ(3)と、
前記ハブ(3)と前記リム(2)とを接続しているスポーク(4)と、を備え、
前記スポークがポリマーである複合材料で構成されており、
前記スポーク(4)が、前記車輪の中央面(メディアンプレン)の両側で2つずつ対になっており、かつ、引っ張り応力がかからずに前記ハブ(3)及び前記リム(2)の端部に固定されており、
前記スポークの互いの端部がリムの内部で連結されていることを特徴とする、車輪。 - 前記スポーク(4)は、前記ハブと前記リムとの間の長さの全体に対して厚みの変化を示すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車輪。
- 前記スポークは、前記ハブと前記リムとの間の長さの全体に対して実質的に円錐状又は実質的に円錐台状である縦断面を示すことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の車輪。
- 前記スポークは、その端部(41、42)において、接合の目的で形成された溝の中で熱硬化性樹脂によって前記ハブ及び前記リムと接合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の車輪。
- 前記リムに挿入された前記スポークを固定する止め具を備えたことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の車輪。
- 前記リムの内側及び外側に位置し、前記リムに前記スポークを固定する止め具(11、13)を備えたことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の車輪。
- 前記止め具が複合材料で構成されたことを特徴とする、請求項5又は6に記載の車輪。
- 前記リムは、前記スポークが挿入される領域(9)において、厚みが補強された補強部(10)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の車輪。
- 前記スポークは、前記リムの内部に挿入される曲がった端部(42)を有する、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の車輪。
- 対になった前記スポーク(4)は、それらの端部(42)において、前記リム(2)の内部で熱硬化性樹脂によって2つずつ接合されたことを特徴する、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の車輪。
- 前記スポーク(4)は、前記ハブに連結されたフラスコ(5、6)に固定され、かつ、前記車輪の半径方向に配向されている、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の車輪。
- 前記車輪の同一の傘状の集合体において配置された前記スポーク(4)が、前記フラスコ(6)において、前記ハブの前記フラスコの接線方向に沿って配向されて固定されている、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の車輪。
- 前記車輪の前記スポーク、前記リム及び前記ハブが、熱硬化性バインダーが染み込んだ炭素繊維を含んでいる複合材料で構成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の車輪。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれか1つの車輪(1)であって、それぞれ独立して製造された前記リム、前記ハブ及び前記スポークで構成された車輪の製造方法であって、
a)複合材料で構成された前記車輪の前記リム(2)及び前記ハブ(3)を治具に取り付ける工程と、
b)前記複合材料で構成され、2つずつ対にした前記スポーク(4)の端部を、前記ハブ及び前記リムに接続のために設けた溝に挿入して、前記スポークの2つの傘状の集合体を形成する工程と、
c)前記スポークの前記端部の挿入のための前記溝に熱硬化性バインダーを注入する工程と、
d)乾燥炉における重合反応によって、前記スポークを前記リム及び前記ハブと接続する工程と、を備える車輪の製造方法。
