テーブル本体の搬入側上面にて袖側端部が所定の幅で折返されたカフス地を位置出しされた状態で保持するカフス地セット手段と、
上記テーブル本体に対して切断刃付きミシンに近づく方向及び離間する方向の前後方向へ往復移動制御される前後走行体に昇降可能で、かつ回動可能に支持された押え板及び該押え板の回動を規制する回動位置保持部材を有したカフス地縫送手段と、
上記カフス地縫送手段を上記カフス地セット手段及び縫製位置間の左右方向へ移動制御すると共に縫製位置へ移動されたカフス地縫送手段の押え板を左右方向へ往復移動制御するカフス地移送手段と、
切断刃付きミシンに設けられ、押え板の各角部に設けられた凹部に係合して該押え板を回動可能に支持する軸部材と、
