Description
− ポリエチレン−テレフタレート(PET)マトリクスと、
− 少なくとも1つの色素および少なくとも1つの核形成剤であり、前記PETマトリクス中に分散される色素および添加剤と
を含み、
前記熱可塑性ポリマー材料は、前記物品の総重量に対して5重量%以下の無機充填剤を含み、
前記物品は、0.2mmから10mmの間で変わる一定でない厚さを有し、少なくとも2つの隣接する領域は、少なくとも10%の厚さの差を有することを特徴とする射出成型物品に関する。
a)ポリエチレンテレフタレートを含む熱可塑性ポリマー組成物をホッパ内へ導入し、少なくとも1つの色素のマスターバッチをタンク内へ導入するステップと、
b)熱可塑性ポリマー組成物およびマスターバッチを、前記ホッパおよび前記タンクと連通する射出シリンダ内へ、投与装置を介して同時に射出するステップと、
c)熱可塑性ポリマー組成物およびマスターバッチに可塑性を与えて、射出シリンダ内に均質な溶融プラスチック材料を形成するステップと、
d)溶融プラスチック材料を型へ移すステップと、
e)型を加圧して、成型された物品を形成するステップと、
f)制御された温度で型を固定させ、成型された物品を硬化して取り出すステップと
を含み、
ホッパ内へ最初に導入される熱可塑性ポリマー組成物は、5%以下のフィラー(filer)を含み、残留水の割合が前記組成物の総重量に対して0.02%以下である非溶融混合樹脂の形態にあり、
マスターバッチはまた、少なくとも1つの核形成剤を含有することを特徴とする方法に関する。
− 射出シリンダ2であり、内部で射出スクリュー21が動き、その動きが射出シリンダ22によって制御される、射出シリンダ2と、
− 射出シリンダ22を取り囲む加熱抵抗器23と、
− 前記射出シリンダ2と連通する投与装置30を有する供給デバイス3であり、熱可塑性ポリマー組成物40、41を受け取るホッパ31と、少なくとも1つの色素のマスターバッチ50、51を受け取るタンク32とを備える、供給デバイス3と、
− 少なくとも1つの彫り型70を画定する互いに対向する2つの部分71、72を備える型7であり、型部分の一方72が、ほぼ静止したプラットホーム720に取り付けられ、前記型7の他方の部分71が、玉継ぎ手または機械制御による直接または間接攻撃(attack)で油圧ピストン73によって制御される可動プラットホーム710に取り付けられる、型7と、
− 型70の彫り型と連通させるように前記射出シリンダ2の端部に構成された少なくとも1つの射出ノズル24と
を備える。
製品
熱可塑性ポリマー組成物
− Tergal Industries社から商品名Reseko(商標)で市販されている樹脂、または同じくTergal Industries社から商品名T74F9で市販されている樹脂のいずれかとすることができるPET樹脂41であって、
−− これらの2つの樹脂に対して0.74という固有の粘性を有し、
−− 残留水分量が0.02%未満の樹脂を得るために、変圧器によって通常使用される乾燥器で従来実行される事前の乾燥処理に事前にかけられているPET樹脂41と、
− 商品名Rynite(登録商標)520でDupont社から市販されているすぐに射出できる溶融混合PET顆粒41と、
を含む。
− ELIAN社から市販されているマスターバッチ51であって、この混合物は(その部分の総重量に対する割合)、
−− いかなる特定の乾燥も必要とせず、80℃で2時間という従来の焼成サイクルで十分である2.94%のPBT(ポリブチレンテレフタレート)と、
−− 添加剤とを含み、添加剤は、
−−− 離型剤として0.72%のシリコーン油と、
−−− 核形成剤として0.6%の安息香酸ナトリウムと、
−−− 0.24%のヒンダードフェノール(CIBA社から市販されているIrgarnox145、含有量0.12%)、およびリン酸塩(Irganox168、CIBA、含有量0.12、熱安定剤として)と、
−−− 有機充填剤として0.6%のPTFE粉末と、
−−− 0.9%の色素(具体的には、酸化鉄)とに分散される、マスターバッチ51と、
− マスターバッチ50であって、
−− 2%のPBTと、
−− 0.9%の色素とを含む、マスターバッチ50と
を含む。
PET樹脂41は、変圧器によって従来使用される乾燥器内で、事前の乾燥処理にかけられる。
上記のように、PET顆粒40およびマスターバッチ50からスパチュラが準備される。
Claims (2)
- 射出成型機(1)内で射出成型することによって物品を作製する方法であって、
a)ポリエチレンテレフタレートを含む熱可塑性ポリマー組成物(40、41)をホッパ(31)内へ導入し、少なくとも1つの色素のマスターバッチ(50、51)をタンク(32)内へ導入するステップと、
b)前記熱可塑性ポリマー組成物(40、41)および前記マスターバッチ(50、51)を、前記ホッパ(31)および前記タンク(32)と連通する射出シリンダ(2)内へ、投与装置(30)を介して同時に射出するステップと、
c)前記熱可塑性ポリマー組成物(40、41)および前記マスターバッチ(50、51)に可塑性を与えて、前記射出シリンダ内に溶融プラスチック材料(60、61)を形成するステップと、
d)前記溶融プラスチック材料(60、61)を型(7、71、72)へ移すステップと、
e)前記型(7、71、72)を加圧して、前記成型された物品を形成するステップと、
f)制御された温度で前記型(7、71、72)を固定させ、前記成型された物品を硬化して取り出すステップと、
を含み、
前記ホッパ(31)内へ最初に導入される前記熱可塑性ポリマー組成物(41)は、5%以下のフィラーを含み、残留水の割合が前記組成物の総重量に対して0.02%以下である非溶融混合樹脂の形態にあり、
前記マスターバッチは、ポリブチレンテレフタレートを含み、
前記マスターバッチ(51)だけが、前記色素(複数可)に加えて、少なくとも1つの核形成剤を含有する、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記核形成剤は、安息香酸ナトリウムであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
