Description

The present invention relates to a stacker apparatus that stacks single-leaf print sheets discharged from a printer, and more particularly to a stacker apparatus that stacks single-leaf print sheets sequentially from below to above.

Conventionally, single-leaf printing paper loaded in a stacker device prints information such as the selling price and material of a product (hereinafter referred to as “product information” as appropriate) when selling clothing, and a cardboard tag attached to the product has been printed. Can be mentioned.

The tags discharged after product information is printed by the printer are sequentially stacked upward from the loading position. At this time, in order to load the tags with a stable balance, the stacker device applies pressure to the tags from above. A configuration including a pressing member to be applied is generally known. (For example, refer to Patent Document 1.)

However, the width of the tag itself and the length of the pitch change according to the amount of information printed on the tag, but the pressing area of the pressing member provided in the stacker device is a constant area regardless of the width and pitch of the stacked tag. For this reason, the area that can be pressed against the tag to be loaded is limited. Therefore, it is possible to press the one end portion in the width direction of the tag with the pressing member, but one end in the direction opposite to the one end portion pressed by the pressing member (hereinafter referred to as “opposite end”) is outside the pressable region. .

Therefore, in the stacker device in which the tags are sequentially stacked on the conveyor belt, by pressing one end in the width direction of the stacked tag with the pressing member, the portion pressed by the pressing member is pressed against the position of the conveyor belt by the pressure. The opposite end floats upward with respect to the position of the conveyor belt. As a result, when the number of tags already loaded reaches a certain level, the loading balance becomes unstable, and each time a tag is transported, it moves in the opposite direction and collapses at an unexpected timing (hereinafter referred to as “variation”). Was.

Also, when the tag supplied from the roll paper is loaded on the stacker device in a longitudinally wound state (hereinafter referred to as “curl”) after being ejected from the printer, Since no pressure was applied, there was no means to completely prevent curling, and the loading continued with the tag curled, causing variations. In particular, since the end of the roll paper is more curled than the beginning, the stacker that stacks the stacked tags sequentially from the bottom plate side (downward) to the upper side increases the degree of curl as the tags stacked downwards already. There is always a risk that the loaded tag will vary.

From the above, in the conventional configuration, the tags loaded in the stacker device are not loaded with sufficient balance, and there is a risk that the tags may vary during loading.

特開2004−331232号JP 2004-331232 A

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and prevents the variation of single-leaf printing paper that occurs when single-leaf printing paper is sequentially stacked from the stacking position upward to maintain a normal stacking state. A stacker device is provided.

A feature of the present invention is that it is provided at a position where a bottom surface portion on which the single-leaf printing paper is stacked, a back plate with which one end of the single-leaf printing paper in the conveyance direction abuts, and one end in the width direction of the single-leaf printing paper are in contact. A stacker device comprising: a first side surface portion; a transport portion for transporting the single-leaf print paper to the back plate; and a second side surface portion provided at a position where the other end in the width direction of the single-leaf print paper contacts. In the first side surface portion and the second side surface portion, a long hole whose longitudinal direction is the stacking direction is formed perpendicular to the stacking direction of the single-leaf print paper, and the first side surface portion is formed through the hole. A first pressing member is engaged, and the first pressing member is positioned at one end portion of the stacked single-leaf printing paper, and can be moved up and down according to the stacking height of the one-end printing paper. The second pressing member is provided in the second side surface portion through the hole. The second pressing member is positioned at the opposite end portion of the stacked single-leaf printing paper, and can move up and down according to the stacking height of the opposite edge portion of the single-leaf printing paper, The pressing member and the second pressing member are located in a stacker device, wherein the pressing member and the second pressing member are positioned so as to be in contact with the uppermost surface of the stacked single-leaf printing paper.
The above-mentioned description provided with the 2nd press member characterized in that said 2nd press member is formed so that engagement with said 2nd side part is possible, and it makes it possible to attach or detach with respect to the 2nd side part. In the stacker device.

According to the present invention, since the second pressing member is provided at a position opposite to the first pressing member that presses the stacked single-sheet-like printing paper, the stacking apparatus of the conventional stacker device including only the first pressing member is provided. Compared to the state, the opposite end portion of the single-leaf print paper is prevented from rising, curling of the single-leaf print paper is suppressed, and each time the single-leaf print paper is stacked, it is displaced in a different direction from the first pressing member. As a result, it is possible to prevent the phenomenon of variation caused by the occurrence of the occurrence of the problem, and thus it is possible to achieve an effect that cannot be achieved with a stacker device that has a single pressed portion.

As shown in FIG.

First, each configuration of the printer 2 will be described with reference to FIG.
The printing paper supply shaft 5 is formed in a cylindrical shape and rotatably holds the roll-shaped printing paper 4 so that the roll-shaped printing paper 4 can be sequentially supplied as the continuous printing paper 21.

The sensor 6 reads a black mark (detection mark) previously attached to the mount of the printing paper by a transmission method or a reflection method, and detects the position of the paper.

The printing unit 9 sandwiches an ink ribbon 27 supplied from the ink ribbon supply unit 7 and the continuous printing paper 21 between a thermal head 23 and a platen roller 25 that is rotationally driven by a stepping motor (not shown). 23, predetermined information (product information) is printed. After printing, the ink ribbon 27 is wound around the ink ribbon winding unit 8.

The continuous printing paper 21 on which predetermined information (product information) is printed is conveyed to the cutting unit 10 according to the platen roller 25, and the continuous printing paper 21 is cut at a predetermined pitch to obtain a single-leaf printing paper 18.

Next, each configuration of the stacker device 3 will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2.
The bottom plate 22 includes a transport unit 11, and the transport unit 11 includes a transport roller 13 a located at the upstream end in the back plate 22 direction (hereinafter referred to as “transport direction”) from the pull-in roller 35, and the transport direction of the transport unit. It is comprised from 13b located in a downstream edge part, and several conveyance belt 36a, 36b, 36c spanned over these 13a, 13b.

In addition, a rotation drive motor (not shown) is connected to the transport roller 13a so that the transport roller 13a can rotate, and the transport belts 36a, 36b, 36c and the transport roller 13b rotate in synchronization with the rotation of the transport roller 13a. .

The pull-in roller 35 is provided at a position facing the conveyance roller 13a, sandwiches the single-leaf print paper 18 discharged from the printer 2 with the conveyance roller 13a, and follows the single-leaf print paper 18 conveyed in the conveyance direction. It can be rotated.

The back plate 12 is in a position perpendicular to the bottom plate 22 and one end on the transport direction side of the single-leaf printing paper 18 loaded thereon. Further, the back plate 12 and the bottom plate 22 can be attached to and detached from each other by a magnet (not shown), and the position of the back plate 12 is changed in accordance with the change in the pitch of the single-leaf print paper 18 loaded on the bottom plate 22. It can be made.

The first side surface portion 14 is installed at a position where one end on the width direction side of the single-leaf printing paper 18 contacts, and a hole 30 is formed in the vertical direction with respect to the bottom plate 22.

The first pressing member 16 engages with a hole 30 formed in the first side surface portion 14 so that the first pressing member 16 can move up and down according to the stacking height of the single-leaf printing paper 18. The first pressing member 16 includes a weight member (not shown) through the hole 30. As a result, an appropriate heavy pressure can be applied to the single-sheet printing paper 18 from above.

The second side surface portion 15 has an upper portion 15a detachably engaged with the back plate 12 and is positioned in the vertical direction with respect to the bottom plate 22. Further, the second side surface portion 15 has a hole 31 formed in the longitudinal direction. Yes.

The second pressing member 17 engages with a hole 31 formed in the second side surface portion 15 and can move up and down according to the stacking height of the single-leaf printing paper 18.

Next, the interaction between the printer 2 and the stacker device 3 will be described with reference to FIGS.
First, the position of the continuous printing paper 21 supplied from the roll-like printing paper 4 rotatably held on the printing paper supply shaft 5 is detected by the sensor 6.

Next, the continuous printing paper 21 is conveyed by the platen roller 25 from the roll printing paper 4 toward the cutting unit 10 (hereinafter referred to as “downstream direction”), and the ink ribbon 27 is interposed between the platen roller 25 and the thermal head 23. The predetermined information (product information 19) is printed on the continuous printing paper 21 by the thermal head 23. After printing, the continuous printing paper 21 is conveyed in the downstream direction, and the used ink ribbon is taken up by the ink ribbon take-up unit 8.

The continuous printing paper 21 on which predetermined information is printed is conveyed to the cutting unit 10 and cut at a predetermined pitch to become a single-leaf printing paper 18, and the single-leaf printing paper 18 is discharged from the discharge port 28 to the outside of the printer. .

The single-leaf print paper 18 discharged from the discharge port 28 of the printer 2 is transported downstream in the transport direction according to the transport unit 11 of the stacker device 3.

The single-sheet-like printing paper 18 conveyed in the conveyance direction is arranged so that one end in the width direction is in contact with the first side surface portion 14 and one end in the conveyance direction is in contact with the back plate 12 and is already arranged at the stacking position. Since the sheet-shaped printing paper 18 is conveyed so as to go below the lowermost surface of the leaf-shaped printing paper 18, the single-sheet-shaped printing paper 18 on the lowermost surface is stacked upward each time the next single-sheet-shaped printing paper 18 is conveyed.

Since the first pressing member 16 is engaged with the first side surface portion 14 so as to be movable in the vertical direction along the hole 30 of the first side surface portion 14, the abutting single-leaf print sheets 18 are sequentially stacked and loaded. Even if the upper surface changes in height, the position of the first pressing member 16 can also be changed in accordance with the change in the height of the single-leaf printing paper 18, and the single-leaf printing paper 18 on which one side of the first pressing member 16 is stacked can be changed. It is always in contact with the top surface.

The second side surface portion 15 is provided at a position in contact with the opposite end of the single-leaf print paper 18, and is pressed in the direction opposite to the first side surface portion 14 when the single-leaf print paper 18 is pressed by the first pressing member 16. The phenomenon of gradually shifting can be prevented.

As a result, even when the single-leaf printing paper 18 is curled, the opposite end of the single-leaf printing paper 18 is pressed, and the stable loading state is maintained while curling is suppressed in the loading state, which occurs at an unexpected timing of the user. It is possible to prevent the single-leaf printing paper 18 from being uneven.

Further, since the second side surface portion 15 is provided with the second pressing member 17 and the upper portion 15a of the second side surface portion 15 is engaged above the back plate 12, the second side surface portion 15 is connected to the back plate 12. Can be moved in the width direction. Thereby, regardless of the width of the single-leaf printing paper 18, the phenomenon of shifting in the opposite direction of the first side surface portion 14 can be suppressed, and curling of the single-leaf printing paper 18 can also be suppressed.

In addition, by providing the second side surface portion 15 and the second pressing member 17 at the position opposite to the first side surface portion 14, the single leaf generated by pressing only one end of the single-leaf printing paper 18 with the first pressing member 16. Since the floating of the opposite ends of the sheet-like printing paper 18 can be prevented, the variation of the single-leaf printing paper 18 can be prevented.

Next, a state where the second pressing member 17 is engaged with the second side surface portion 15 will be described with reference to FIG.
One side of the pressing portion 32 is positioned so as to contact the uppermost surface of the single-leaf printing paper 18, and the engaging portion 33 is provided to engage with the hole 31 formed in the second side surface portion 15.

Since the hole 31 is formed in the longitudinal direction of the second side surface portion 15, the second pressing member 17 is movable in the longitudinal direction of the second side surface portion 15 according to the hole 31. Thereby, even if the high level of the uppermost surface of the single-leaf print paper 18 in contact with the pressing part 32 changes, the high level of the second pressing member 17 can be changed in the same manner.

As shown in FIG. 4, the second pressing member 17 can be arbitrarily attached to and detached from the second side surface portion 15 by forming an engaging portion 33 on the second pressing member 17. is there.

FIG. 5 is a view showing another embodiment of the second pressing member 17. The pressing portion is 32 and one side is in contact with the uppermost surface of the single-leaf printing paper 18, and 34 is a weight portion.

By providing 34 weights on the second pressing member 17, even if the wide single-leaf printing paper 18 is curled, the pressing force can be amplified to cope with it.

Note that the second pressing member 37 shown in FIG. 5 applies unnecessary pressure to the weight portion 34 when a narrow single-leaf printing paper is used according to the usage situation of the user, and the single-leaf printing paper is However, in this case, the above-mentioned problem can be avoided by making the second pressing member 37 removable as in FIG.

As a result, the second side surface portion 15 can be used as a guide for the single-leaf print paper 18, and a stable stacking state and a good print state can be maintained for the narrow single-leaf print paper 18.

In addition, by adopting the above-described configuration, it is possible to easily prevent the variation of tags during loading by attaching an inexpensive member without greatly changing the mechanism of the conventional stacker device.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the first and second pressing members are used, but a plurality of pressing members may be adopted as necessary.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the conveyor belts are 36a, 36b, and 36c. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and one or a plurality of conveyor belts may be adopted as necessary.
