Claims (25)
- サンプルの配列体の質問(interrogation)から生じるデータセットの分析の視覚的な表現を与えるコンピュータシステムのためのグラフィックユーザインターフェイスを生成するコンピュータ実行可能な方法であって、前記視覚的表現は、前記データセット間の関係を識別できるようにし、前記グラフィックユーザインターフェイスを生成することは、
前記サンプルの配列体と同様のアイコンの配列体であって、各アイコンが前記サンプルの少なくとも1つに視覚的に関連付けられるようなアイコンの配列体と、
複数の領域へと分割される少なくとも1つのアイコンであって、前記アイコンの各領域は、ユーザが特別なサンプルに関するデータセットの複数の分析を直ちに全体として理解するために前記アイコン又は前記アイコンの領域上をクリックすることなく前記複数の分析がビューされるよう当該データセットの分析に関する情報を表示し、そのデータセットは、前記アイコンに視覚的に関連付けられたサンプルの質問から生じるデータを含むものである、前記少なくとも1つのアイコンと、
を含むことを特徴とする、グラフィックユーザインターフェイスを生成するコンピュータ実行可能な方法。 - 全ての前記アイコンが複数の領域へと分割され、各領域は、前記アイコンに視覚的に関連付けられたサンプルからのデータを含むデータセットの分析を表す、請求項1に記載の方法。

前記アイコンの少なくとも1つが複数の領域へと分割され、前記アイコンの各領域は或るサンプルプレート上の或るサンプルからデータセットの分析に関する情報を表示し、前記アイコンに視覚的に関連付けられた2以上のサンプルプレート上の2以上のサンプルに関するデータセットの分析は、ユーザが複数のサンプルプレート上の複数のサンプルからデータセットの複数の分析を直ちに全体として理解するために前記アイコン又は前記アイコンの領域上をクリックすることなくビューされる、
グラフィックユーザインターフェイスを生成するコンピュータ実行可能な方法。 - 各アイコンは、前記アイコンに視覚的に関連付けられたサンプルの質問から生じるデータを含む分析されたデータセットの数に等しい数の領域を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。

結果セット及び少なくとも1つの付加的な結果セットの視覚的提示より成る位置特有のマルチプレクス型ヒートマップであって、ユーザが、このヒートマップを見ることにより、前記データセット間の関係に対する前記パラメータの変化の作用を決定するようにしたマルチプレクス型ヒートマップと、
