Description

Claims (18)
- 心機能を補助するための装置であって、
少なくとも2つの電磁板であって、内表面を有し、互いに対して近づいたり離れたりするように動くことができる少なくとも2つの電磁板と、
前記少なくとも2つの電磁板のうちの少なくとも1つに電気的に連結されて前記少なくとも2つの電磁板を動かす心臓用プロセッサと、
内室を有する空気袋であって、前記少なくとも2つの電磁板の間に配置されるとともに、前記少なくとも2つの電磁板のうちの少なくとも1つの前記内表面に取り付けられる空気袋と、
前記空気袋の前記内室と連通する気体源と、
近位端および遠位端を有し、中を通る管腔を有するカテーテルであって、前記カテーテルは、前記カテーテルの前記遠位端または前記遠位端の近傍に前記管腔と連通する少なくとも1つのアパーチャを画定し、前記カテーテルの前記近位端は、前記空気袋の前記内室と連通するカテーテルと、を含み、
前記少なくとも2つの電磁板は、互いに対して近づいたり離れたりすることにより前記空気袋を圧縮及び拡張するように動作可能であり、前記カテーテルの前記遠位端が心膜腔内に位置付けられると、前記空気袋の前記圧縮により前記心膜腔に気体が注入され、前記空気袋の前記拡張により前記心膜腔から気体が除去される、装置。 - 前記心臓用プロセッサは、前記少なくとも2つの電磁板に前記空気袋を圧縮および/または拡張させるように動作可能である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記心臓用プロセッサは心臓のデータを含み、前記心臓のデータは少なくとも1つのパラメータを含み、前記心臓用プロセッサは、前記心臓のデータの前記少なくとも1つのパラメータに基づいて、前記少なくとも2つの電磁板に前記空気袋を圧縮および/または拡張させるように動作可能である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記カテーテルに動作可能に連結される少なくとも1つの圧力または容積センサをさらに含み、前記少なくとも1つの圧力または容積センサは、前記心臓用プロセッサに圧力または容積データを提供するように動作し、前記圧力または容積データは、前記少なくとも1つの圧力または容積センサで検出される気体の前記圧力または容積に関連する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記心臓用プロセッサは、前記圧力または容積データに基づいて、前記少なくとも2つの電磁板に前記空気袋を圧縮および/または拡張させるように動作可能である、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記カテーテルの遠位端が心膜腔内に位置付けられると、気体は前記空気袋から前記カテーテルの管腔を通って前記心膜腔に進入し、前記カテーテル内に画定される少なくとも1つのアパーチャから出る、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記カテーテルの前記遠位端が心膜腔内に位置付けられると、気体は心膜腔から、前記カテーテル内に画定される少なくとも1つのアパーチャを通り、前記カテーテルの管腔を通って、前記空気袋へと除去される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記気体源と前記空気袋との間に位置付けられる弁をさらに含み、前記弁は、気体を前記気体源から流れさせるように動作可能である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記心臓用プロセッサと連通するデータ記憶装置をさらに含み、前記心臓用プロセッサは、前記データ記憶装置内に記憶されたデータに基づいて、前記少なくとも2つの電磁板に前記空気袋を圧縮および/または拡張させるように動作可能である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記心臓用プロセッサは、前記空気袋の圧縮の頻度を第1圧縮速度から第2圧縮速度へと上昇させるように動作可能であり、前記頻度の上昇は、心臓をより速い速度で拍動させる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記心臓用プロセッサは、前記空気袋の圧縮の頻度を第1圧縮速度から第2圧縮速度へと低下させるように動作可能であり、前記頻度の低下は、心臓をより遅い速度で拍動させる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記装置の少なくとも一部分は患者の体の外部に位置付けられ、前記装置の少なくとも一部分は患者の体内に位置付けられる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つのバルーンは前記カテーテルに連結され、前記カテーテルの外部に位置付けられ、前記装置は、近位端および遠位端を有する導管をさらに含み、前記導管の前記遠位端は前記少なくとも1つのバルーンに連結され、前記カテーテルが心房壁のアパーチャ内に位置付けられる、かつ前記少なくとも1つのバルーンが前記心房壁の前記アパーチャもしくはその近傍に位置付けられる際、前記少なくとも1つのバルーンの膨張により、前記カテーテルは前記心房壁の適所に保持される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのバルーンの前記膨張により、前記少なくとも1つのバルーンの第1部分が前記心房壁の第1側面上で膨張し、さらに前記少なくとも1つのバルーンの第2部分が前記心房壁の第2側面上で膨張し、前記カテーテルを前記心房壁の適所に固定する、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのバルーンは、第1バルーンと第2バルーンとを含み、前記カテーテルが心房壁のアパーチャに位置付けられると、前記第1バルーンは、前記心房壁の第1側面に位置付けられ、前記第2バルーンは前記心房壁の第2側面に位置付けられ、前記第1バルーンおよび前記第2バルーンが膨張すると、前記カテーテルは、前記心房壁の適所に保持される、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は、前記少なくとも1つのカテーテルの遠位端またはその近傍で前記少なくとも1つのカテーテルに連結される心膜バルーンをさらに含み、前記少なくとも1つのカテーテルの前記遠位端が心膜腔内に位置付けられると、前記装置は、前記心膜バルーンに気体を注入および/または前記心膜バルーンから気体を除去するように動作する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのカテーテルの前記遠位端が、心腔またはその近傍で前記心膜腔内に位置付けられると、前記心膜バルーンの膨張により、前記心腔を囲む心外膜壁上に圧力が加わり、前記心膜バルーンの収縮により、前記心外膜壁上の圧力が取り除かれ、前記心膜バルーンの前記膨張および収縮は、心機能を促進するように動作可能である、請求項16に記載の装置。
- 心臓内でカテーテルを固定するための器具であって、
少なくとも2つの電磁板であって、内表面を有し、互いに対して近づいたり離れたりするように動くことができる少なくとも2つの電磁板と、
前記少なくとも2つの電磁板のうちの少なくとも1つに電気的に連結されて前記少なくとも2つの電磁板を動かす心臓用プロセッサと、
内室を有する空気袋であって、前記少なくとも2つの電磁板の間に配置されるとともに、前記少なくとも2つの電磁板のうちの少なくとも1つの内表面に取り付けられる空気袋と、
前記空気袋の前記内室と連通する気体源と、
近位端、遠位端、および中を通って画定される少なくとも1つの管腔を有するカテーテルであって、前記カテーテルの前記遠位端または前記遠位端の近傍に前記管腔と連通する少なくとも1つのアパーチャを画定し、前記カテーテルの前記近位端は、前記空気袋の前記内室と連通するカテーテルと、
前記カテーテルに連結され、前記カテーテルの外部に位置付けられる少なくとも1つのバルーンと、
近位端および遠位端を有する導管であって、前記導管の前記遠位端は前記少なくとも1つのバルーンに連結される導管と、を含み、
前記少なくとも2つの電磁板は、互いに対して近づいたり離れたりすることにより前記空気袋を圧縮及び拡張するように動作可能であり、前記カテーテルの前記遠位端が心房壁の中のアパーチャ内に位置付けられ、かつ前記少なくとも1つのバルーンが前記心房壁の中の前記アパーチャまたはその近傍に位置付けられると、前記空気袋の前記圧縮により心膜腔に気体が注入され、前記少なくとも1つのバルーンの膨張により、前記カテーテルが前記心房壁の適所に保持され、前記空気袋の前記拡張により前記心膜腔から気体が除去される、器具。
