Description

前記係合カテーテルの前記第1管腔は、前記係合カテーテルの前記遠位端またはその近傍に位置する吸引ポートを含み、前記吸引ポートは、前記心臓の壁の内部上の標的組織に着脱可能に取り付けられるように構成され、前記真空源が前記真空ポートに動作可能に取り付けられた際、前記吸引ポートが前記標的組織との可逆的密閉を形成できるようにし、
前記心臓を囲む心膜嚢から前記標的組織を引き離すことによって、前記標的組織と前記心膜嚢との間の心膜腔を拡張できる、システム。 - 前記送達カテーテルの前記第1管腔は、前記チューブのほぼ前記近位端から前記チューブの前記遠位端またはその近傍へと延在し、前記送達カテーテルの前記第1管腔は、前記チューブの前記遠位端またはその近傍に前記チューブに対する屈曲と、前記チューブの前記遠位端またはその近傍に前記チューブの前記壁を通る出口とを有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記送達カテーテルの前記第1管腔の前記屈曲は、約90度の角度を形成する、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記送達カテーテルは、前記チューブのほぼ前記近位端から前記チューブの前記遠位端またはその近傍へと延在する第2管腔をさらに含み、前記送達カテーテルの前記第2管腔は、前記チューブの前記遠位端またはその近傍に前記チューブに対する屈曲と、前記チューブの前記遠位端またはその近傍に前記チューブの前記壁を通る出口とを有する、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記送達カテーテルの前記第1管腔の前記屈曲は、約90度の角度を形成し、
前記送達カテーテルの前記第2管腔の前記屈曲は、約90度の角度を形成する、請求項4に記載のシステム。 - 少なくとも部分的に前記第2管腔内に位置付けられるマイクロカメラシステムをさらに含む、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 少なくとも部分的に前記第2管腔内に位置付けられるレーザードップラー先端部をさらに含む、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記リードは、ペーシングリードを含み、
前記ペーシングリードの前記先端は、実質的にねじ状の形状を有する、請求項2に記載のシステム。 - 少なくとも部分的に前記第1管腔内に位置付けられる感知リードをさらに含む、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記送達カテーテルは、前記チューブの近位端から前記チューブの遠位端へと延在する操縦チャネルと、少なくとも部分的に前記操縦チャネルの中に位置する操縦ワイヤシステムとをさらに含み、
前記操縦ワイヤシステムは、第1操縦ワイヤと、第2操縦ワイヤと、制御装置とを含み、前記第1および第2操縦ワイヤのそれぞれは、前記操縦チャネル内の前記チューブの前記壁に取り付けられ、前記制御装置は、前記第1および第2操縦ワイヤのそれぞれの近位端に取り付けられる、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記操縦ワイヤシステムの前記制御装置は、前記第1操縦ワイヤの前記近位端に取り付けられる第1ハンドルと、前記第2操縦ワイヤの前記近位端に取り付けられる第2ハンドルとを含む、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記操縦ワイヤシステムの前記制御装置は、前記第1操縦ワイヤを回収および分配することができる第1の回転可能なスプールと、前記第2操縦ワイヤを回収および分配することができる第2の回転可能なスプールとを有する、トルクシステムを含む、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の回転可能なスプールは、第1の回転可能なダイヤルの回転が、前記第1の回転可能なスプールを回転させるように、前記第1の回転可能なダイヤルに取り付けられ、
