まず、図1を参照して、本発明の一実施形態に係る無線通信システムの概略構成について説明する。図1は、本発明の一実施形態に係る無線通信システムの概略構成の一例を示す構成図である。
ここで、図4を参照しながら、本実施形態に係るデータ送信装置100の構成について説明する。図4は、本実施形態に係るデータ送信装置100の構成を示す機能ブロック図である。
次に、図5及び図6を参照しながら、データ送信装置100の送信処理について説明する。図5は、パケット送信処理を示すフローチャートである。また図6は、冗長度決定処理を示すフローチャートである。
以上説明したように、本発明の一実施形態に係るデータ送信装置100は、MIMOの信号処理モードがSTBCである場合、すなわち、物理/MACレイヤレベルにおいて冗長化されている場合には、アプリケーション層における冗長化であるFEC符号化における冗長度の算出に、送信に用いられる空間ストリーム数を考慮して、用いられる最大空間ストリーム数が多いほどFEC冗長度を低くする(FEC冗長パケット数を少なくする)。
次に、データ送信装置100から送信されたストリーミングデータを受信するデータ受信装置200の構成について図8を参照しながら説明する。図8は、データ受信装置の構成を示すブロック図である。
次に、このデータ受信装置200におけるデータ受信処理の流れを図9を参照しながら説明する。まず、データ受信装置において、RTP受信部204は、1フレーム分のパケットを取得する(S302)。そして、RTP受信部204は、この受信したパケットがパケットロスを含むか否かを判断する(S304)。

Claims (5)
- 無線通信の物理/MACレイヤにおける冗長度を示し、前記無線通信に用いられる信号処理モードと空間ストリーム数とを含む第1の冗長情報を検出する検出部と、
前記検出部により検出された前記信号処理モードと前記空間ストリーム数に応じて、前記レイヤより上位のレイヤにおける第2の冗長度を決定する通信制御部と、
送信データをパケット化してデータパケットを生成するパケタイズ部と、
前記通信制御部により決定された前記第2の冗長度に基づいて、前記パケタイズ部により生成されたデータパケットに対して冗長パケットを付加する冗長符号化部と、
を備え、
前記通信制御部は、前記検出部の検出した前記信号処理モードが複数のアンテナで同時に同じデータを送信する信号処理モードである場合に、検出された最大空間ストリーム数/前記空間ストリーム数の値が大きいほど前記第2の冗長度が小さくなるように制御を行う、無線通信装置。 - 無線通信に用いる信号処理モードを切替えて用いることのできる無線通信装置の、
検出部が、前記無線通信の物理/MACレイヤにおける冗長度を示し、前記無線通信に用いられる信号処理モードと空間ストリーム数とを含む第1の冗長情報を検出するステップと、
通信制御部が、前記検出部により検出された前記信号処理モードと前記空間ストリーム数に応じて、前記レイヤより上位のレイヤにおける第2の冗長度を決定するステップと、
パケタイズ部が、送信データをパケット化してデータパケットを生成するステップと、
冗長符号化部が、前記通信制御部により決定された前記第2の冗長度に基づいて、前記パケタイズ部により生成されたデータパケットに対して冗長パケットを付加するステップと、
を含み、
前記通信制御部は、前記検出部の検出した前記信号処理モードが複数のアンテナで同時に同じデータを送信する信号処理モードである場合に、検出された最大空間ストリーム数/前記空間ストリーム数の値が大きいほど前記第2の冗長度が小さくなるように制御を行う、無線通信方法。 - 無線通信の物理/MACレイヤにおける冗長度を示し、前記無線通信に用いられる信号処理モードと空間ストリーム数とを含む第1の冗長情報を検出する検出部と、
前記検出部により検出された前記信号処理モードと前記空間ストリーム数に応じて、前記レイヤより上位のレイヤにおける第2の冗長度を決定する通信制御部と、
を備え、
前記通信制御部は、前記検出部の検出した前記信号処理モードが複数のアンテナで同時に同じデータを送信する信号処理モードである場合に、検出された最大空間ストリーム数/前記空間ストリーム数の値が大きいほど前記第2の冗長度が小さくなるように制御を行う、通信制御装置。 - コンピュータを、
無線通信の物理/MACレイヤにおける冗長度を示し、前記無線通信に用いられる信号処理モードと空間ストリーム数とを含む第1の冗長情報を検出する検出部と、
前記検出部により検出された前記信号処理モードと前記空間ストリーム数に応じて、前記レイヤより上位のレイヤにおける第2の冗長度を決定する通信制御部と、
して機能させ、
前記通信制御部が、前記検出部の検出した前記信号処理モードが複数のアンテナで同時に同じデータを送信する信号処理モードである場合に、検出された最大空間ストリーム数/前記空間ストリーム数の値が大きいほど前記第2の冗長度が小さくなるように制御を行うように機能させるためのプログラム。
