Description
図1は、この発明の第1実施例に係る車載用能動型振動低減装置(以下、AVC装置という。)10を備える車両12の模式的な構成を示している。
図8、図9は、第2実施例のAVC装置10aを示している。このAVC装置10aでは、サブフレーム16にダイナミックダンパ30のブラケット32とともに振動センサ52を取り付け、アクチュエータ38と振動センサ52とを近接させている。
Claims (3)
- 複数方向に振動する制振対象に取り付けられるブラケット(32)と、このブラケット(32)に取り付けられた弾性部材(36)と、この弾性部材(36)に支持されるアクチュエータ(38)と、を有するダイナミックダンパ(30)と、
前記制振対象の振動に相関のある信号に基づいて、前記アクチュエータ(38)を駆動する制御部と
を備え、
前記ダイナミックダンパ(30)による作動方向については前記弾性部材(36)により揺動可能に支持され、
前記アクチュエータ(38)は、前記ダイナミックダンパ(30)による作動方向とは異なる方向に作動方向を有し、
前記弾性部材(36)は、前記ダイナミックダンパ(30)による作動方向の厚みが、前記アクチュエータ(38)による作動方向の厚みよりも薄肉に構成され、前記アクチュエータ(38)の作動方向の両側から前記アクチュエータ(38)を挟むように前記ブラケット(32)に配置されている
ことを特徴とする車載用能動型振動低減装置。 - 請求項1記載の車載用能動型振動低減装置において、
前記ブラケット(32)は、コ字状に構成され、車両(12)のサブフレーム(16)の下面に、車幅方向から前記コ字状が見えるように取り付けられ、
前記ダイナミックダンパ(30)は、前記サブフレーム(16)の下面と前記ブラケット(32)の間に配置されている
ことを特徴とする車載用能動型振動低減装置。 - 請求項2に記載の車載用能動型振動低減装置において、
エンジン(19)の振動に基づく前記サブフレーム(16)の車両上下方向の振動を、前記ダイナミックダンパ(30)のマスとしての機能により制振し、
前記サブフレーム(16)及びステアリングホイール(20)の車両前後方向の振動を、前記ダイナミックダンパ(30)の前記アクチュエータ(38)の車両前後方向の作動により制振する
ことを特徴とする車載用能動型振動低減装置。
