Description
これに対して、独立請求項1の特徴を備えた本発明に係るポンプ構成群は、内歯歯車ポンプの2つのピニオンは共通の内歯車の2つの歯付きリングのうちの1つの歯付きリングにおいて噛み合うので、内歯歯車ポンプ間にケーシング壁は設けられていない。共通の内歯車は2つの内歯歯車ポンプのポンプ室の間に分離壁を形成する。従って、分離壁は内歯車の平行フラットな円形ディスクから成っている。円形ディスクの厚さは明らかに、シールされた軸貫通部を備えたケーシング分離壁よりも僅かにできる。従って、構成群は実質的によりコンパクトに構成することができる。さらに、特に高圧ポンプにおいて2つの高価な軸シールリングを省略することができる。さらに、1つ又は複数の軸シールリングの省略に基づきポンプ構成群の効率は、軸シールリングが発生する圧力レベルに対して適切に設計されている必要があるので著しく改善される。ブレーキシステムにおいては、数回のESP使用時にポンプの吸込み領域においてすら最高で140barの著しい圧力レベルが発生するので、軸シールリングはその機能を満たすために、大きな半径方向力を加える必要がある。このことはシールリングと軸との間の適切に大きな摩擦力に繋がる。
以下に、本発明の有利な実施の形態を図面に基づいて説明する。
Claims (10)
- 2つの流体柱を同期的に圧力負荷するポンプ構成群であって、該ポンプ構成群は、共通の駆動軸を介して駆動される、共にケーシング内に配置されている2つの内歯歯車ポンプを有しており、2つの内歯歯車ポンプのピニオンが付属のポンプ室内に位置し、かつ、内歯歯車ポンプの内歯車と噛合い係合している、2つの流体柱を同期的に圧力負荷するポンプ構成群において、
内歯歯車ポンプ(11,12)の2つのピニオン(17,17′)は夫々共通の内歯車(20)の2つの歯付きリング(19,19′)に個別に噛み合い、内歯車(20)は、平坦で閉鎖した中央ウェブを有しており、該中央ウェブは隔壁として2つの内歯歯車ポンプ(11,12)のポンプ室の間で両ポンプ室を分離するように形成されていて、かつ、配置されていることを特徴とする、2つの流体柱を同期的に圧力負荷するポンプ構成群。 - 内歯車(20)は円筒状の外周面において滑り支承体(25)を介してケーシング(13)内に支承されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のポンプ構成群。
- 内歯車(20)の2つの歯付きリング(19,19′)は同じ歯数を有しており、歯付きリング(19,19′)において噛み合うピニオン(17,17′)にも同じ歯数が備え付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載のポンプ構成群。
- 2つのピニオン(17,17′)はほぼ直径上に配置されて、共通の内歯車(20)の、両ピニオン(17,17′)に対応配置されている歯付きリング(19,19′)に係合することを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか一項記載のポンプ構成群。
- ポンプ構成群(10)のピニオン(17,17′)が、駆動軸(14)と相対回動不能に結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか一項記載のポンプ構成群。
- 駆動軸(14)は連行結合を介して2つのピニオン(17,17′)のうちの1つのピニオンに相対回動不能に結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項5記載のポンプ構成群。
- ポンプ構成群(10)は単に1つの軸貫通部を有しており、該軸貫通部は1つの軸シールリング(16)によってシールされていることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか一項記載のポンプ構成群。
- 歯列係合を介して駆動軸(14)に回転連結されているピニオン(17′)は、支承ピン(21)によって回転運動可能に内歯歯車ポンプ(12)のポンプ室内に支承されていることを特徴とする、請求項7記載のポンプ構成群。
- ピニオン(17′)はケーシング(13)から突出している支承ピン(21)の軸端片において滑り支承されていることを特徴とする、請求項8記載のポンプ構成群。
- ピニオン(17,17′)と歯付きリング(19,19′)との間の2つのポンプ室内にそれぞれ、半径方向のシールギャップ変化を補償するために腎臓形の補償部材(26,26′)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか一項記載のポンプ構成群。
