Claims (16)
- 平らな織布が折られて形成されているコーナーフィッティングであって、
第1及び第2の方向に織られた繊維を有する第1の織部分と、
第1の方向の繊維と第2の方向の犠牲繊維とを有する、第1の織部分と隣接している第2の織部分と、
第2の方向の犠牲繊維と選択的に係合している第1の方向の繊維を有し、前記第1の織部分と第1の方向に隣接し、前記第2の織部分と第2の方向に隣接する第3の半織部分と、
からなり、前記第2の方向の犠牲繊維を前記第2の織部分及び前記第3の織部分から除去することで、前記第3の半織部分の前記第1の方向の繊維は、前記第2の織部分の第2の方向の犠牲繊維に取って代わり、全ての側部を結合する連続した繊維を有するコーナーフィッティングを形成する、前記コーナーフィッティング。 - 第1の方向の繊維は縦繊維であり、第2の方向の繊維は横繊維であり、第2の方向の犠牲繊維は横繊維であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコーナーフィッティング。

- 平らな織布は多層布であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 第1及び第2の方向の繊維をガラス、カーボン、セラミック、アラミド及びポリエチレン繊維からなる群から選択する工程をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記コーナーフィッティングはより大きな予備成型品又は構造に包含されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記より大きな予備成型品又は構造は、複合部材を作り出すマトリックス材料に包み込まれることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。
