図6(a)は、本発明のラプチャースイッチの概念図であり、図6(b)は、本発明のラプチャースイッチを2次電池に付着した斜視図である。
Claims (5)
- 一つ以上の2次電池が積層されて構成される電気自動車用2次電池のスイッチ装置において、
第1の2次電池(21)の一面に備えられるスイッチ部(23)と、
前記スイッチ部(23)と向かい合う第2の2次電池(22)の一面に備えられ、前記スイッチ部(23)が作動するようにする作動誘導部(24)と、
を含み、
前記スイッチ部(23)には近接スイッチ(150−1)が備えられて、前記作動誘導部(24)には磁石(36)が備えられ、前記第1の2次電池(21)及び前記第2の2次電池(22)の膨張時、前記近接スイッチ(150−1)と前記磁石(36)が近づくと、前記磁石(36)の磁界により、前記近接スイッチ(150−1)がoff状態になり、
前記近接スイッチ(150−1)は、密封された構造からなり、密封ケース(35)の一面には接着部が備えられて、前記密封ケース(35)の内部には、第1のスイッチ引き出し線(34)が連結された、弾性を有する第1連結部(31)と、第2のスイッチ引き出し線(33)が連結された、弾性を有する第2連結部(32)とを備え、
前記近接スイッチ(150−1)は、前記第1の連結部(31)と前記第2の連結部(32)とが接続されているとon状態になり、前記磁石(36)が近接すると、前記磁石(36)の磁界により、前記第1の連結部(31)と前記第2の連結部(32)が離隔されてoff状態になって、離隔された前記第1の連結部(31)と前記第2の連結部(32)は、前記磁石(36)が離れると、元の状態に戻り、
前記近接スイッチ(150−1)がoff状態になると、前記電気自動車用2次電池の作動を中止させることを特徴とする、電気自動車用2次電池のスイッチ装置。 - 一つ以上の2次電池が積層されて構成される電気自動車用2次電池のスイッチ装置において、
第1の2次電池(21)の一面に備えられるスイッチ部(23)と、
前記スイッチ部(23)と向かい合う第2の2次電池(22)の一面に備えられ、前記スイッチ部(23)が作動するようにする作動誘導部(24)と、
を含み、
前記スイッチ部23にはマイクロスイッチ(160−1)が備えられて、前記作動誘導部(24)には前記第2の2次電池(22)が利用され、前記第1の2次電池(21)及び前記第2の2次電池(22)の膨張時、前記マイクロスイッチ(160−1)はoffされ、
前記マイクロスイッチ(160−1)は、接着部を有する密封されたハウジング(48)内に、第3のスイッチ引き出し線(44)が連結された第1の固定接点(41)、第2の固定接点(42)、及び第4のスイッチ引き出し線(45)が連結された可動接点(43)からなり、前記可動接点(43)の一側に押しボタン(47)が備えられ、前記ハウジング(48)の外部に押しボタン(47)が突出されて、前記押しボタン(47)と同一な位置の前記可動接点(43)の他側にスプリング(46)が備えられ、
前記マイクロスイッチ(160−1)は、前記第1の固定接点(41)と前記可動接点(43)とが接続されていると、on状態になり、前記第2の2次電池(22)が前記押しボタン(47)を押圧し、前記可動接点(43)が前記第2の固定接点(42)と接続されていると、offの状態になって、前記第1の2次電池(21)及び前記第2の2次電池(22)が元の状態になると、前記スプリング(46)により元の状態に戻り、
前記マイクロスイッチ(160−1)がoff状態になると、前記電気自動車用2次電池の作動を中止させることを特徴とする、電気自動車用2次電池のスイッチ装置。 - 電気自動車用2次電池の外部に付着されて、
‘U’字状金属片の一側に備えられ、前記電気自動車用2次電池(110)に付着及び固定されるようにする固定ホール(50−1、50−2)を有する第1の固定部(50)と、
前記‘U’字状金属片の他側の一端に備えられ、前記電気自動車用2次電池(110)に付着及び固定されるようにする固定ホール(51−1)を有する第2の固定部(51)と、
前記‘U’字状金属片の他側の他端に備えられ、前記電気自動車用2次電池(110)に付着及び固定されるようにする固定ホール(52−1)を有する第3の固定部(52)と、
前記‘U’字状金属片の中央に備えられる破裂部(60)と、
前記第2の固定部(51)及び前記第3の固定部(52)に付着された第5のスイッチ引き出し線(70)及び第6のスイッチ引き出し線(75)と、
を含み、
前記電気自動車用2次電池に設定値以上の変位が発生すると前記破裂部(60)が破断し、前記第5のスイッチ引き出し線(70)及び前記第6のスイッチ引き出し線(75)を介して前記電気自動車用2次電池の作動を中止させることを特徴とするラプチャー(rupture)スイッチ。 - 前記破裂部(60)は、前記第1の固定部(50)と前記第2の固定部(51)との間に設けられた第1の破裂部(61)及び前記第1の固定部(50)と前記第3の固定部(52)との間に設けられた第2の破裂部(62)から構成されて、前記電気自動車用2次電池(110)に前記設定値以上の変位が発生すると前記第1の破裂部(61)及び前記第2の破裂部(62)が破断されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のラプチャー(rupture)スイッチ。
- 前記ラプチャースイッチ(90−1)は、前記破裂部(60)の破断時に発生する電気的な火花拡散現象を防止するために、前記ラプチャースイッチ(90−1)の全面を、可塑性を有した難燃性絶縁物で塗布されたものであることを特徴とする、請求項3または4に記載のラプチャー(rupture)スイッチ。
