Description
図1は、本発明の第1実施形態による冷凍機1の構成を示す図である。この冷凍機1は、例えば空調機等の冷却装置として構成されている。この冷凍機1では、水が冷媒として用いられる。
図2は、本発明の第2実施形態による冷凍機201の構成を示す図である。この第2実施形態では、前記非常用潤滑水供給ライン60に代えて潤滑水供給ライン32の途中に貯留タンク260が設けられている。そして、この貯留タンク260に貯留されている水が潤滑水供給ライン32に供給されることで、冷却水ポンプ18の非駆動時に潤滑水供給ライン32ひいては圧縮機4に水が供給される。

Claims (9)
- 冷媒としての水蒸気を圧縮する圧縮機と、
前記圧縮機によって圧縮された冷媒を凝縮させる凝縮器と、
前記凝縮器によって凝縮された液冷媒を蒸発させる蒸発器と、
冷却水ポンプを有し、前記凝縮器内の冷媒を冷却する水が流れる冷却水ラインと、
前記冷却水ラインにおける前記冷却水ポンプの下流側と前記圧縮機とを接続し、前記冷却水ラインを流れる水を潤滑剤として前記圧縮機に供給する潤滑水供給ラインと、
前記冷却水ポンプの非駆動時に、前記冷却水ラインからの水の供給に代えて前記潤滑水供給ラインに水を供給するバックアップ手段とを備える、冷凍機。 - 前記バックアップ手段は、前記蒸発器の水を前記潤滑水供給ラインに供給可能な非常用潤滑水供給ラインを有する、請求項1に記載の冷凍機。
- 循環ポンプを有し、前記蒸発器内の水を利用側熱交換器との間で循環させる利用側回路を備え、
前記非常用潤滑水供給ラインは、前記利用側回路における前記循環ポンプの下流側と前記潤滑水供給ラインとを接続している、請求項2に記載の冷凍機。 - 前記バックアップ手段は、水が前記蒸発器側から前記潤滑水供給ライン側に向かって前記非常用潤滑水供給ラインを流れるのを許容する一方、水が前記潤滑水供給ライン側から前記蒸発器側に向かって前記非常用潤滑水供給ラインを流れるのを規制する規制部を有する、請求項2または3に記載の冷凍機。
- 前記非常用潤滑水供給ラインにおいて、前記冷却水ポンプの駆動時における前記潤滑水供給ライン側の圧力に対する前記冷却水ポンプの駆動時における前記蒸発器側の圧力の差圧が所定値未満となるように設定されており、
前記規制部は、前記差圧が前記所定値未満の場合に、水が前記蒸発器側から前記潤滑水供給ライン側に向かって流れるのを規制する、請求項4に記載の冷凍機。 - 前記潤滑水供給ラインに設けられて、前記非常用潤滑水供給ラインから供給された水が前記冷却水ラインに導入されるのを規制する逆流規制部を備える、請求項2〜5のいずれかに記載の冷凍機。
- 前記バックアップ手段は、水が貯留されるとともにこの貯留水を前記潤滑水供給ラインに供給する貯留タンクを有する、請求項1に記載の冷凍機。
- 前記貯留タンクと前記冷却水ラインとが接続されており、
前記冷却水ラインから前記貯留タンクに水が供給される、請求項7に記載の冷凍機。 - 前記バックアップ手段は、前記貯留タンク内の貯留水量を検出する貯留量検出手段と、前記貯留タンクに供給される水量を調節可能な調節手段とを有し、
前記調節手段は、前記貯留量検出手段で検出された前記貯留水量に応じて前記貯留タンクに水を供給する、請求項7または8に記載の冷凍機。
