Description
Claims (8)
- 発光ダイオード利用型照明器具であって、
プレート状の光ガイドと、
前記光ガイドの平面内に配置された複数個の穴の中に収納されている複数個のLEDとを有し、
前記複数個の穴は、前記穴の中の任意のLEDからの光を前記光ガイドの内部に取出す第1の側面と、光を前記光ガイドの外部に取出す反対側の第2の平坦な側面とを有し、前記少なくとも1つの第2の側面は、反射性であり、前記光ガイドの平面に対して傾けられ、前記複数個の穴は、前記第1の側面の全てが一方向に向くよう配置され、前記複数個の穴は、互い違いの分布状態に従って前記光ガイドの平面内に配置されている、照明器具。 - 互いに反対側に位置する前記第1の側面と前記第2の側面との間の前記穴の側壁は、入射光を反射するようになっている、請求項1記載の照明器具。
- 前記光ガイドの厚さは、約3mm以下である、請求項1記載の照明器具。
- 前記複数個の穴は、列状に配置されている穴から内部取出しされた光が次の列状に配置された穴の前記第2の側面に当たらないよう配置されている、請求項1記載の照明器具。
- 少なくとも1つのLEDは、コリメータを有する、請求項1記載の照明器具。
- 少なくとも1つの穴は、一体形コリメータを有する、請求項1記載の照明器具。
- 少なくとも1つの穴は、光を前記光ガイドの平面に対して水平方向にコリメートする台形の形状を有する、請求項1記載の照明器具。
- 前記光ガイドは、光を前記光ガイドの平面に対して垂直方向にコリメートするウェッジの形状を有する、請求項1記載の照明器具。
