Claims (7)
- 中空状の管状体からなる脈管ステントであって、
生分解性ポリマーを溶融紡糸して形成された一連に連続した線条体よりなり、上記線条体を直線部分と屈曲部分とが順次連続するように折り曲げるとともに、上記線条体の両端部が上記線条体と同種の生分解性ポリマーによりなる筒状の連結部材により保持されて一連に連続したリング状に形成された複数の管状体形成エレメントを備え、
上記複数の管状体形成エレメントは、一方及び他方の管状体形成エレメントの屈曲部分が互いに付き合わせられて軸方向に多段に配置され、一の中空状をなす管状体を形成するとともに、
上記一の管状体を形成した上記複数の管状体形成エレメントは、一方及び他方の管状体形成エレメントの互いに付き合わせられた屈曲部分との間が熱溶着されて連結されて一体とされた一の中空状の管状体を構成していることを特徴とする脈管ステント。 - 上記連結部材は、熱カシメされて上記線条体の両端部間を保持し、上記線条部材を一連に連続されたリング状としたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の脈管ステント。
- 上記連結部材は、少なくとも一部が上記線条体に溶着されて上記線条体の両端部間を連結していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の脈管ステント。
- 上記線条体は、両端部のそれぞれが先端側に向かってテーパ状に形成され、上記両端部のテーパ状に形成された部分が互いに重ね合わせられて一連に連続されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の脈管ステント。
- 上記線条体は、一連に連続したモノフィラメントであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の脈管ステント。
- 上記線条体は、ポリ乳酸(PLLA)、ポリグリコール酸(PGA)、ポリグリコール酸とポリ乳酸の共重合体、ポリジオキサノン、トリメチレンカーボネートとグリコリドとの共重合体、ポリグリコール酸又はポリ乳酸とεーカプロラクトンとの共重合体の1又は2以上の生体吸収性ポリマーにより形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1に記載の脈管ステント。
- 上記管状体を構成する管状体形成エレメントには、薬剤が担持されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の脈管ステント。
