Description
Claims (2)
- オートステレオスコピックディスプレイシステムであって、
イメージを生成し出力する平面を有する複数の透過型のピクセルストラクチャを含む電子ディスプレイと、
前記電子ディスプレイの前記平面に近接配置されたレンチキュラースクリーンであって、前記レンチキュラースクリーンは複数のレンチキュラーレンズを含み、各レンチキュラーレンズは出力された前記イメージを表示する複数の軸を外れた焦点軸及び中央焦点軸を有し、正面が前記複数のレンチキュラーレンズの複数の曲面を含み、背面が前記電子ディスプレイの前記平面に対向し、前記出力されたイメージを受け取るレンチキュラースクリーンと、
を備え、
前記複数の透過型のピクセルストラクチャは並列に配置され、かつ、各透過型のピクセルストラクチャの幅は前記レンチキュラースクリーンの前記複数の曲面の少なくともひとつの幅と略同一であり、
前記電子ディスプレイの前記平面と前記レンチキュラースクリーンの前記複数の曲面との間の距離は、前記中央焦点軸に沿った主焦点が前記電子ディスプレイの前記平面の後方に位置するように調整され、
前記電子ディスプレイ及び前記レンチキュラースクリーンは協働して複数の有用なステレオスコピック画像可視領域を生成する、
オートステレオスコピックディスプレイシステム。 - 当該レンチキュラースクリーンの前記中央焦点軸に沿った主焦点距離は、前記レンチキュラースクリーンの厚さよりも少なくとも0.030インチだけ長い、請求項1に記載のオートステレオスコピックディスプレイシステム。
