(試料1-1)
以下に示す手順で、レーザアブレーション法を利用して、Li2S‐P2S5系固体電解質の薄膜をガラス基板上に成膜した。
以下に示す手順で、イオンプレーティング法を利用して、Li2S‐P2S5系固体電解質の薄膜をガラス基板上に成膜した。
以下に示す手順で、真空蒸着法を利用して、Li2S‐P2S5系固体電解質の薄膜をガラス基板上に成膜した。
作製した各試料の固体電解質薄膜について、電子伝導特性の評価を行なった。なお、各試料は、乾燥したアルゴンガス雰囲気下、室温で取り扱った。
Claims (2)
- 気相法により形成されたLi2S‐P2S5系固体電解質であって、
1Vの直流電圧を印加したときの電子伝導度が1×10−10S/cm以下であり、
以下の式を満足するLi2S‐P2S5系固体電解質。
式…Li2S‐P2S5−αOβNγ(α=β+(3γ/2)、但しβ及びγは0を含まない) - 気相法によりLi2S‐P2S5系固体電解質を形成する製造方法であって、
前記形成工程で、雰囲気中に酸素ガス及び窒素ガスを導入し、
1Vの直流電圧を印加したときの電子伝導度が1×10−10S/cm以下のLi2S‐P2S5系固体電解質を得るLi2S‐P2S5系固体電解質の製造方法。
