Claims (4)
- 入力軸の回転速度を変速して出力軸に伝達可能な自動変速機であって、
入力部と出力部との回転速度比を無段階に変速可能な無段変速機構と、
速度線図上に第1の回転要素、第2の回転要素、第3の回転要素、第4の回転要素の順に示される少なくとも4つの回転要素を有する遊星歯車機構と、
前記入力軸と前記第1の回転要素との間を締結可能なクラッチと、
前記入力軸の回転速度を一定の変速比で変速して前記クラッチを介して前記第1の回転要素へと伝達する連結部材と、
前記第3の回転要素の回転を係止可能なブレーキと、
を備え、
前記入力軸は、前記入力部に連結され、
前記出力軸は、前記第2の回転要素に連結され、
前記出力部は、前記第4の回転要素に連結され、
前記連結部材の一定の変速比は、前記クラッチが締結状態で前記ブレーキが解放状態である場合に、前記第4の回転要素に対する前記出力軸の回転方向が、前記無段変速機構の変速比の変化に応じて順方向から逆方向までにわたって変化するように設定される、
ことを特徴とする自動変速機。 - 請求項1に記載の自動変速機であって、
前記連結部材の一定の変速比は、前記無段変速機構の変速比を所定のモード切換変速比とした場合に、前記クラッチを締結状態とし、前記ブレーキを解放状態として、前記無段変速機構の変速比の変化に応じて前記出力軸の回転速度を変化させる第1のモードと、前記クラッチを解放状態とし、前記ブレーキを締結状態として、前記無段変速機構の変速比の変化に応じて前記出力軸の回転速度を変化させる第2のモードとにおける前記第1の回転要素の回転速度が同一となるように設定される、
ことを特徴とする自動変速機。 - 請求項2に記載の自動変速機であって、
前記モード切換変速比は、前記無段変速機構の実現可能な最も高い変速比である、
ことを特徴とする自動変速機。 - 請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか一項に記載の自動変速機であって、
前記無段変速機構は、前記入力部としてのプライマリプーリと前記出力部としてのセカンダリプーリとにベルトを掛け回し、各プーリの油圧室への供給圧を制御することで各プーリの可動シーブが変位して変速比が変化するように構成されるベルト式無段変速機であり、
前記遊星歯車機構は、前記第1の回転要素としての第1のサンギアと、前記第4の回転要素としての第2のサンギアと、前記第3の回転要素としてのリングギアと、前記第1のサンギア及び前記リングギアに噛合うロングピニオンギアを支持するとともに前記第2のサンギア及び前記ロングピニオンギアに噛合うショートピニオンギアを支持する前記第2の回転要素としてのキャリアと、から構成されるラビニヨ型遊星歯車機構であり、
前記第2のサンギアは、前記遊星歯車機構の前記無段変速機構側にて前記セカンダリプーリに連結され、
前記入力軸は、前記プライマリプーリの前記遊星歯車機構側にて前記プライマリプーリに連結され、
前記第1のサンギアは、前記遊星歯車機構の前記無段変速機構側に対して反対側にて前記連結部材を介して前記入力軸に連結され、
前記出力軸は、前記第1のサンギアの内径側に配置されるとともに、前記第1のサンギアと前記第2のサンギアとの間において前記キャリアに連結され、
前記プライマリプーリの前記油圧室は、前記プライマリプーリの前記遊星歯車機構側に設けられ、
前記セカンダリプーリの前記油圧室は、前記セカンダリプーリの前記遊星歯車機構側とは反対側に設けられる、
ことを特徴とする自動変速機。
