Description
本発明は、自己強化された三次元ポリマー製品を製造する方法であって、a)単層押出または同時押出された形のポリマーテープを短い長さに細断する工程、b)細断されたポリマーテープを多孔質の型の中へ、または型の上へ噴霧する工程、およびc)適切な結合剤および/または結合用マトリックスによって、細断されたテープを熱硬化および/または熱結合してプリフォームを得る工程、を有する自己強化された三次元ポリマー製品を製造する方法に関する。
Claims (7)
- 自己強化された三次元ポリマー製品を製造する方法であって、a)単層押出または同時押出された形のポリマーテープを細断する工程、b)細断されたポリマーテープと所定量の適切な結合剤および/または結合用マトリックスとを多孔質の型の中へ、または型の上へ導入する工程、ならびにc)前記の結合剤および/または結合用マトリックスによって、細断されたテープを熱硬化および/または熱結合してプリフォームを得る工程を有する、方法。
- 多孔質の型の裏側から空気を吸引してポリマーテープを型の中に配置することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 結合剤が接着剤分散液であり、細断されたポリマーテープと一緒に多孔質の型の中へ、もしくは上へ噴霧されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 結合剤をポリマーテープの一部として多孔質の型の中へ、もしくは上へ導入することを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 前記のポリマーテープの一部が、同時押出されたポリマーテープの低融点層であることを特徴とする請求項4記載の方法。
- 多孔質の型を通過して吸引される空気は、低融点層が溶融することができる温度であることを特徴とする、請求項5記載の方法。
- 得られたプリフォームを熱および/または圧力の適用によってさらに処理することを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
