Description
(項目1)
ケイ酸リチウムガラスセラミックであって、以下の成分:
ここで、Me(II)Oが、CaO、BaO、MgOおよびSrOのうちの少なくとも1つから選択される、
ケイ酸リチウムガラスセラミック。
(項目2)
ZnOを本質的に含有しない、項目1に記載のガラスセラミック。
(項目3)
主な結晶相としてメタケイ酸リチウムを含有する、項目1または2に記載のガラスセラミック。
(項目4)
0〜2.0重量%のMe(II)O、好ましくは0〜1.5重量%のMe(II)Oを含有する、項目1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のガラスセラミック。
(項目5)
Me(II)Oが、CaOおよびMgOのうちの少なくとも1つから選択される、項目1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のガラスセラミック。
(項目6)
0.1〜1.0重量%のMgOを含有する、項目1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のガラスセラミック。
(項目7)
SiO2:Li2Oのモル比が、少なくとも2.2:1であり、好ましくは少なくとも2.3:1であり、最も好ましくは、2.3:1〜2.5:1の範囲である、項目1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のガラスセラミック。
(項目8)
Al2O3:K2Oのモル比が、1:0.5〜1:2.0の範囲であり、好ましくは1:1〜1:2.0である、項目1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のガラスセラミック。
(項目9)
2.5〜5.0重量%のAl2O3を含有する、項目1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のガラスセラミック。
(項目10)
70.0〜73.0重量%のSiO2を含有する、項目1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のガラスセラミック。
(項目11)
0〜4.0重量%のZrO2、好ましくは0.1〜4.0重量%のZrO2、より好ましくは1.0〜4.0重量%のZrO2、最も好ましくは1.5〜3.0重量%のZrO2を含有する、項目1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のガラスセラミック。
(項目12)
以下の成分の少なくとも1つを以下の量で含有する、項目1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のガラスセラミック:

前記核生成剤が、P2O5ならびに元素Pt、Ag、CuおよびWの化合物のうちの少なくとも1つである、項目1〜13のいずれか一項に記載のガラスセラミック。
(項目15)
前記メタケイ酸リチウムが、前記ケイ酸リチウムガラスセラミックの50体積%より多く〜80体積%までを形成する、項目2〜14のいずれか一項に記載のガラスセラミック。(項目16)
ブランクまたは歯科用修復物の形態である、項目1〜15のいずれか一項に記載のガラスセラミック。
(項目17)
前記歯科用修復物が、インレー、アンレー、ブリッジ、橋脚歯、前装、ベニア、咬合小面、歯冠、部分歯冠、フレームワーク、またはコーピングである、項目16に記載のガラスセラミック。
(項目18)
主な結晶相として二ケイ酸リチウムを含有する、項目1または項目3〜17のいずれか一項に記載のガラスセラミック。
(項目19)
項目2〜17のいずれか一項に記載のメタケイ酸リチウムガラスセラミックの調製のためのプロセスであって、以下:
(a)該ガラスセラミックの成分を含有する出発ガラスを生成する工程、
(b)該出発ガラスを第一の温度で第一の加熱処理に供し、メタケイ酸リチウム結晶を形成するために適切な核を含有するガラス生成物を生じる工程、
(c)該ガラス生成物を、該第一の温度より高い第二の温度で第二の加熱処理に供し、主な結晶相としてメタケイ酸リチウムを含有する前記ケイ酸リチウムガラスセラミックを得る工程、
を包含する、プロセス。
(項目20)
前記工程(b)における第一の加熱処理が、前記出発ガラスを、約10分〜3時間の間、500〜600℃の温度に加熱する工程を包含する、項目19に記載のプロセス。
(項目21)
前記工程(c)における第二の加熱処理が、前記ガラス生成物を、680〜720℃、好ましくは690〜710℃、より好ましくは約700℃の第二の温度に加熱する工程を包含する、項目19または20に記載のプロセス。
(項目22)
前記工程(a)における出発ガラス、前記工程(b)におけるガラス生成物、または前記工程(c)におけるメタケイ酸リチウムガラスセラミックが、機械加工によってかまたはホットプレスによって所望の幾何学的形状へと成型される、項目19〜21のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
(項目23)
前記機械加工がグラインディング、トリミング、またはミリングによって行われる、項目22に記載のプロセス。
(項目24)
項目18に記載の二ケイ酸リチウムガラスセラミックを調製するためのプロセスであって、項目19〜23のいずれか一項に記載のプロセスを実施する工程、および前記工程(c)のケイ酸リチウムガラスセラミックを830〜880℃の第三の温度で10〜60分の間、第三の加熱処理にさらに供する工程を包含する、プロセス。
(項目25)
前記二ケイ酸リチウムガラスセラミックが歯科用修復物の形態である、項目24に記載のプロセス。
(項目26)
ケイ酸リチウムガラスであって、以下の成分:
ここで、Me(II)Oが、CaO、BaO、MgOおよびSrOのうちの少なくとも1つから選択され、
かつ0.1重量%未満のZnOを含有し、そしてメタケイ酸リチウム結晶の形成のために適切な核を含有する、ケイ酸リチウムガラス。
(項目27)
SiO2:Li2Oのモル比が、少なくとも2.2:1であり、好ましくは少なくとも2.3:1であり、最も好ましくは、2.3:1〜2.5:1の範囲である、項目26に記載のガラス。
(項目28)
Al2O3:K2Oのモル比が、1:0.5〜1:2.0の範囲であり、好ましくは1:1〜1:2.0である、項目26および27に記載のガラス。
(a)上記ガラスセラミックの成分を含有する出発ガラスを生成する工程、
(b)上記出発ガラスを第一の温度で第一の加熱処理に供し、メタケイ酸リチウム結晶を形成するために適切な核を含有するガラス生成物を生じる工程、
(c)上記ガラス生成物を、上記第一の温度より高い第二の温度で第二の加熱処理に供し、主な結晶相としてメタケイ酸リチウムを含有する上記ケイ酸リチウムガラスセラミックを得る工程。
かつこのケイ酸リチウムガラスは、0.1重量%未満のZnOを含有し、そしてメタケイ酸リチウム結晶の形成のために適切な核を含有する。
表Iで示された化学成分を有する、本発明の、全部で8つの異なるメタケイ酸リチウムガラスセラミックを、表示された第二の加熱処理を用いて調製した。次いで、得られたガラスセラミックを、表示された第三の加熱処理を用いて、対応する二ケイ酸リチウムガラスセラミックへと変換した。
本発明の4つのガラスセラミックを、実施例1〜8と類似の様式で調製した。しかし、加熱処理スキームは異なっていた。さらに、各材料を、「サイクルA」および「サイクルB」と称されるスキームに供した。これらのスキームは、メタケイ酸リチウムの結晶化のために使用される温度が異なる(すなわち、それぞれ650℃と700℃)。
強度を有する二ケイ酸リチウムガラスセラミックを生じたことが、明らかである。
Claims (30)
- SiO2:Li2Oのモル比が、少なくとも2.2:1である、請求項1に記載のガラス。
- SiO2:Li2Oのモル比が、少なくとも2.3:1である、請求項2に記載のガラス。
- SiO2:Li2Oのモル比が、2.3:1〜2.5:1の範囲である、請求項3に記載のガラス。
- Al2O3:K2Oのモル比が、1:0.5〜1:2.0の範囲である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のガラス。
- Al2O3:K2Oのモル比が、1:1〜1:2.0の範囲である、請求項5に記載のガラス。
- ZnOを本質的に含有しない、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のガラス。
- 0〜2.0重量%のMe(II)Oを含有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のガラス。
- 0〜1.5重量%のMe(II)Oを含有する、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のガラス。
- Me(II)Oが、CaOおよびMgOのうちの少なくとも1つから選択される、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のガラス。
- 0.1〜1.0重量%のMgOを含有する、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のガラス。
- 2.5〜5.0重量%のAl2O3を含有する、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のガラス。
- 70.0〜73.0重量%のSiO2を含有する、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のガラス。
- 0〜4.0重量%のZrO2を含有する、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載のガラス。
- 0.1〜4.0重量%のZrO2を含有する、請求項14に記載のガラス。
- 1.0〜4.0重量%のZrO2を含有する、請求項15に記載のガラス。
- 1.5〜3.0重量%のZrO2を含有する、請求項16に記載のガラス。
- 0〜2.0重量%のZrO2を含有する、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載のガラス。
- 0.5〜3.5重量%の着色剤および蛍光金属酸化物を含有する、請求項19に記載のガラス。
- 前記核生成剤が、P2O5ならびに元素Pt、Ag、CuおよびWの化合物のうちの少なくとも1つである、請求項1〜21のいずれか一項に記載のガラス。
- インゴット、ブランクまたは歯科用修復物の形態である、請求項1〜22のいずれか一項に記載のガラス。
- 請求項1〜23のいずれか一項に記載のガラスの調製のためのプロセスであって、以下:
(a)該ガラスの成分を含有する出発ガラスを生成する工程、および
(b)該出発ガラスを第一の温度で第一の加熱処理に供し、メタケイ酸リチウム結晶を形成するために適切な核を含有するガラスを生じる工程、
を包含する、プロセス。 - 前記工程(b)における第一の加熱処理が、前記出発ガラスを、約10分〜3時間の間、500〜600℃の温度に加熱する工程を包含する、請求項24に記載のプロセス。
- 前記工程(a)における出発ガラス、または前記工程(b)におけるガラスが、機械加工によってかまたはホットプレスによって所望の幾何学的形状へと成型される、請求項24または25に記載のプロセス。
- 前記機械加工がグラインディング、トリミング、またはミリングによって行われる、請求項26に記載のプロセス。
- 歯科用修復物の調製のためのプロセスであって、ここで、請求項1〜23のいずれか1項に記載のガラスが使用される、プロセス。
- 請求項28に記載のプロセスであって、ここで、前記修復物が、主な結晶相として二ケイ酸リチウムを含む、プロセス。
- 請求項29に記載のプロセスであって、
請求項24〜27のいずれか1項に記載のプロセスを行う工程、および、さらに工程(b)のガラスを約700℃〜1200℃で、1〜4MPaの圧力下でホットプレスに供する工程を包含する、プロセス。
