Description
1.002gのシリカナノ粒子(TS−530)が50gのトルエンに加えられ、5分間磁気的に撹拌された。懸濁液中のシリカナノ粒子の凝集体は110nmの平均凝集体サイズを持っていた。その後、1gのPTMSPが加えられ、懸濁液はポリマーが懸濁液中に完全に溶解されるまで4日間磁気的に撹拌された。次に、懸濁液はガラス板上に流延され、周囲条件下に溶剤が蒸発され、125μm厚の充填ポリマーフィルム(すなわち膜)を残した。蒸発後、ポリマーフィルムが脱塩水中に浸漬することによりガラス板から除去された。ナノ粒子充填剤は膜の50重量%を構成した。
実施例1のPTMSP/シリカ/トルエン懸濁液が3重量%の乾燥物含量まで希釈され、1mmの流延厚さで多孔性ポリアクリロニトリル(PAN)層上に流延された。溶剤の蒸発後に、30μmの充填ポリマーフィルム(すなわち膜)が多孔性PAN層の上部に形成された。膜中のナノ粒子充填剤の重量割合は50重量%であった。
Claims (17)
- 充填ポリマー膜を製造する方法において、
− ナノメートルサイズの粒子及び少なくとも100℃のガラス転移温度を持つガラス状ポリマーのための溶剤を含む充填剤懸濁液を調製する、但し前記充填剤懸濁液中のナノメートルサイズの粒子は50nmより大きいかまたはそれに等しくかつ200nmより小さい平均凝集体サイズを持つ凝集体に凝集される、
− 充填剤懸濁液にガラス状ポリマーを添加してポリマー懸濁液を得る、
− ガラス状ポリマーをポリマー懸濁液に溶解する、
− ポリマー懸濁液を基板上に流延する、及び
− 溶剤を除去する、
工程を含み、
ナノメートルサイズの粒子がシリカまたは金属酸化物であり、ガラス状ポリマーが置換ポリアセチレンポリマー、または非晶質ペルフルオロポリマーであることを特徴とする方法。 - 充填剤懸濁液中のナノメートルサイズの粒子の前記凝集体の粒度分布が100nmより小さい、好ましくは50nmより小さい標準偏差を持つことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 充填剤懸濁液を調製する工程が、前記ナノメートルサイズの粒子の凝集体を得るように充填剤懸濁液を混合する工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 充填剤懸濁液を調製する工程が、充填剤懸濁液を混合するための混合方法を選択することを含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 充填剤懸濁液を調製する工程が、混合方法を充填剤懸濁液に適用する混合時間及び好ましくは混合方法に適用するための混合強度を選択することを含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 混合方法が、磁気撹拌、機械撹拌、超音波撹拌、回転、及び振動からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載の方法。
- 充填剤懸濁液を調製する工程が、充填剤懸濁液を唯一の混合方法により混合することを含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 充填剤懸濁液を調製する工程において、懸濁液が0.01重量%〜6重量%のナノメートルサイズの粒子を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 金属酸化物がTiO 2 であることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 置換ポリアセチレンポリマーがPTMSPまたはPMPであることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 非晶質ペルフルオロポリマーがテトラフルオロエチレンと2,2−ビス(トリフルオロメチル)−4,5−ジフルオロ−1,3−ジオキソールのコポリマーまたはテトラフルオロエチレンと2,2,4−トリフルオロー5−トリフルオロメトキシ−1,3−ジオキソールのコポリマーであることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか一つに記載の方法により得られた充填ポリマー膜。
- 成分の混合物をパーベーパレイションにより分離するための装置であって、請求項12に記載の充填ポリマー膜を含むことを特徴とする装置。
- 成分の混合物をナノ濾過法により分離するための装置であって、請求項12に記載の充填ポリマー膜を含むことを特徴とする装置。
- 成分の混合物をパーベーパレイションにより分離する方法における請求項12に記載の充填ポリマー膜の使用。
- 前記成分の混合物が水とエタノールの混合物であり、前記方法において成分の混合物が富エタノール画分と貧エタノール画分に分離されることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の使用。
- 成分の混合物をナノ濾過法により分離する方法における請求項12に記載の充填ポリマー膜の使用。
