Description
Claims (16)
- エンジン弁事象を生成するために内燃機関における2つ以上のエンジン弁を作動させるシステムであって、
運動付与手段と、
シャフトに旋回可能に取り付けられ、第1の位置と第2の位置との間を回転するように構成され、且つ前記運動付与手段から運動を選択的に受けるロッカー・アームと、
前記ロッカー・アームと前記2つ以上のエンジン弁との間に配置された弁ブリッジと、
前記弁ブリッジに配置されたロスト・モーション・システムとを備え、
該ロスト・モーション・システムが、前記弁ブリッジに形成された孔内に滑動可能に配置されたマスター・ピストンと、前記弁ブリッジに形成された孔内に滑動可能に配置された1つ以上のスレーブ・ピストンとを有しており、
前記マスター・ピストンは前記弁ブリッジ内に形成された流体圧流路を介して前記1つ以上のスレーブ・ピストンと流体連通しており、
前記スレーブ・ピストンがピストンばねによって前記エンジン弁の方向に偏倚されているエンジン弁作動システム。 - 前記マスター・ピストンに形成された空洞内に配置された逆止め弁組立体をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のエンジン弁作動システム。
- 前記ロッカー・アームの第1の端部に配置された調整可能なねじ組立体をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のエンジン弁作動システム。
- 前記ねじ組立体の一端部に配置されたスイベル足部をさらに備え、前記スイベル足部が前記マスター・ピストンと接触している、請求項3に記載のエンジン弁作動システム。
- 前記第1の位置の前記ロッカー・アームを偏らせるばねをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のエンジン弁作動システム。
- 前記弁ブリッジと前記ロッカー・アームとの間に配置された静止部材をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のエンジン弁作動システム。
- 前記静止部材がカラーを備える、請求項6に記載のエンジン弁作動システム。
- 前記カラーが前記弁ブリッジの並進を制限するように構成されている、請求項7に記載のエンジン弁作動システム。
- 前記エンジン弁の位置をリセットするための手段をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のエンジン弁作動システム。
- 前記リセット手段が、前記弁ブリッジに形成された孔内に配置されたシーリング部材と、前記弁ブリッジに形成された座に対して前記シーリング部材を偏らせるばねと、前記シーリング部材と選択的に接触するリセット・プランジャとを備える、請求項9に記載のエンジン弁作動システム。
- 前記シーリング部材が前記弁ブリッジ孔に滑動可能に配置されたシーリング・ピンを備える、請求項10に記載のエンジン弁作動システム。
- 前記シーリング部材がチェックディスクを備える、請求項10に記載のエンジン弁作動システム。
- 前記シーリング部材がチェックボールを備える、請求項10に記載のエンジン弁作動システム。
- 前記エンジン弁事象が、圧縮解放ブレーキ事象、抽気ブレーキ事象、排気ガス再循環事象、主排気事象、及び主吸気事象からなるグループから選択された事象を含む、請求項1に記載のエンジン弁作動システム。
- 前記ロスト・モーション・システムが前記ロッカー・アームを前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置へ選択的に回転させる、請求項1に記載のエンジン弁作動システム。
- 前記ロッカー・アームが前記第1の位置にある時に、すき間が前記ロッカー・アームと前記運動付与手段との間に存在する、請求項1に記載のエンジン弁作動システム。
