Description
つば付きの内輪と外輪との間に複数個の円筒コロを転動体として配置した転がり軸受の内輪若しくは外輪のいずれか一方または双方の、円筒コロの軌道面と対向する面の幅方向の長さを円筒コロの軸方向の長さよりも3〜5mm長くし、転がり軸受の内輪若しくは外輪がその軸方向に移動可能とした転がり軸受を、ローラーの軸支承部の一側に装着し、ローラーの軸支承部の他側には、前記転がり軸受の内輪若しくは外輪がその軸方向に移動して、ローラーがその軸方向に移動したときに、該ローラーの移動によって内輪または外輪が軸方向に移動するようにした転がり軸受を装着した揺動ローラーであることに共通し、
前記内輪又は外輪が軸方向に移動するようにした転がり軸受が、外輪が両つば付きでこの両つば間に円筒コロが配置され、内輪が片つば付きで、かつ内輪の反対側に実質的に内輪と同径のスペーサーを介してつば輪を付け、内輪がつば輪方向に向けて軸方向に移動するようにした転がり軸受である揺動ローラー(請求項1)、
前記内輪または外輪が軸方向に移動するようにした転がり軸受が、外輪が両つば付きでこの両つば間に円筒コロが配置され、内輪が片つば付で、かつ内輪の反対側に実質的に内輪と同径のスペーサーを介してL形つば輪を付け、内輪がL形つば輪方向に向けて軸方向に移動するようにした転がり軸受である揺動ローラー(請求項2)である。
転がり軸受として、外径72mm、内径30mm、幅19mm、単列、入れ溝なし、非分離形のJIS 深溝玉軸受を用いて、実施例と同じように図17に示す印刷機のインキを転移するインキ着けゴムローラー3両側の軸支承部に取り付けた。この深溝玉軸受は、その構造から内輪及び外輪のいずれも揺動しない標準的なものを使用した。このインキ着けゴムローラーを用いて実施例と同じようにしてインキの転移を行った。ローラーのサイズ、回転数、ニップ幅、使用ゴム、硬度などその他の条件は同一とした。
Claims (2)
- 振りローラーに対接して振りローラーの移動に追随して軸方向に揺動可能にした印刷機のインキ着けもしくは水着けの揺動ローラーであって、
つば付きの内輪と外輪との間に複数個の円筒コロを転動体として配置した転がり軸受の内輪若しくは外輪のいずれか一方または双方の、円筒コロの軌道面と対向する面の幅方向の長さを円筒コロの軸方向の長さよりも3〜5mm長くし、転がり軸受の内輪若しくは外輪がその軸方向に移動可能とした転がり軸受を、ローラーの軸支承部の一側に装着し、
ローラーの軸支承部の他側には、前記転がり軸受の内輪若しくは外輪がその軸方向に移動して、ローラーがその軸方向に移動したときに、該ローラーの移動によって内輪または外輪が軸方向に移動するようにした転がり軸受を装着し、
