Description
(1)前記容量制御弁は前記ケーシングに設けられた圧縮開始位置を可変するものであること。
(2)前記インバータによる単独容量制御した場合の最高効率点を定格冷凍能力の80%付近に設定したこと。
(3)前記一対のスクリューロータの吸入側圧力及び吐出側圧力と負荷とに応じて、前記モータの回転数に基づいて前記容量制御弁の位置を制御すること。
(4)前記インバータに異常が発生して当該インバータによる前記モータの運転継続が不可能になった場合に、応急的に当該モータを商用電源に直結してそれまで通りの前記容量制御弁による容量制御運転を継続すること。
Claims (5)
- 一対のスクリューロータとこれを収納するケーシング、前記スクリューロータの噛合い部に吸込まれた吸入冷媒ガスの一部を吸入側へバイパスして容量制御する容量制御弁、前記スクリューロータを駆動するモータ及びこのモータの回転数を可変するインバータを備えるスクリューチラー用のスクリュー圧縮機において、
負荷に応じて前記インバータによる回転数制御手段と前記容量制御弁による機械的容量制御手段とを単独あるいは併用して制御すると共に、
前記インバータによる単独容量制御した場合の最高効率点を定格運転点より低い回転数側に設定し、
当該最高効率点より回転数大の領域では定格回転数より高回転数側まで前記インバータのみで制御して負荷に対する能力調整をし、
前記最高効率点以下の回転数域では、能力に応じて効率が最大になるように、前記インバータによる回転数制御手段と前記容量制御弁による機械的容量制御手段と併用制御して負荷に対する能力調整をすることを特徴とするスクリュー圧縮機。 - 請求項1において、前記容量制御弁は前記ケーシングに設けられた圧縮開始位置を可変するものであることを特徴とするスクリュー圧縮機。
- 請求項1または2において、前記インバータによる単独容量制御した場合の最高効率点を定格冷凍能力の80%付近に設定したことを特徴とするスクリュー圧縮機。
- 請求項1から3の何れかにおいて、前記一対のスクリューロータの吸入側圧力及び吐出側圧力と負荷とに応じて、前記モータの回転数に基づいて前記容量制御弁の位置を制御することを特徴とするスクリュー圧縮機。
- 請求項1から4の何れかにおいて、前記インバータに異常が発生して当該インバータによる前記モータの運転継続が不可能になった場合に、応急的に当該モータを商用電源に直結してそれまで通りの前記容量制御弁による容量制御運転を継続することを特徴とするスクリュー圧縮機。
