Claims (11)
- 選択アクチュエータと、シフトアクチュエータと、を有する変速機のための切換装置(1)において、
ギア段の切り換えのためにスライドスリーブ内で係合する切換フォーク(3)または切換スウィングを有する切換軸(2)を備え、
切換運動は、切換軸(2)の軸方向の動きによって実行可能となり、
選択運動は、切換運動から運動力学的に切り離され、切換軸(2)は、選択運動の際に回転せず、
切替装置(1)の選択機構は、切換軸(2)上で回転自由に、かつ、切換軸(2)上で軸方向にロックされて配置された、切換フォーク(3)または切換スウィングに結合された切換フォークアーム(5)のための、駆動フィンガリングまたは切換フィンガリング(4)と、軸方向には移動しないようハウジングに固定されてロックされたロック部(8)と、を有し、
駆動フィンガリングまたは切換フィンガリング(4)は、切換フィンガ(6)を有し、
当該切換フィンガ(6)は、切換フォークアーム(5)の対応する溝(7)と係合し、かつ、選択アクチュエータ(15)によって回転方向に駆動可能であり、
ロック部(8)は、駆動フィンガリングまたは切換フィンガリング(4)上に選択運動を伝達し、かつ、切り換えるべきでないギア段の切換フォークまたは切換スウィング(フォーク)をロックする、
ことを特徴とする切換ギアのための切替装置。 - ロック部(8)は、二つのリング(9,10)を有し、
当該二つのリング(9,10)により、切換軸(2)は案内され、
当該二つのリング(9,10)は、切換軸(2)の縦軸に略平行に延びたリブ(11)によって互いに回転しないように結合され、
二つのリング(9,10)の間には、駆動フィンガリングまたは切換フィンガリング(4)が配置され、
リブ(11)は縦溝(12)を有し、
当該縦溝(12)内で、切換フィンガリング(4)のフィンガ(13)が回転方向に間隙無く、かつ、軸方向にスライド可能に配置され、
縦溝(12)の長さは、切換軸(2)と、駆動され、切り換えるべきギア段の切換フォークアーム(5)の溝内に係合される駆動フィンガリングまたは切換フィンガリング(4)と、の軸運動によって、得られる切換運動が実行可能である、というように選択される、請求項1による切換ギアのための切換装置(1)。 - ロック部(8)のリング(9)は、選択アクチュエータ(15)に作用結合している要素(14)を有し、
ロック部(8)および切換フィンガリング(4)の選択のための切換軸(2)上の回転運動が可能となっている、請求項2による切換ギアのための切換装置(1)。 - 選択アクチュエータ(15)と前記要素(14)との間に、中継ぎレバーが配置されている、請求項3による切換ギアのための切換装置(1)。
- 要素(14)はアーチ形状要素として形成され、
当該要素(14)は、ウォームギア(16)を介して選択アクチュエータ(15)に結合されている、請求項3または4による切換ギアのための切換装置(1)。 - ロック部(8)のリング(10)は、回転方向における、駆動フィンガリングまたは切換フィンガリング(4)の切換フィンガ(6)と同一の位置に、溝(17)を有するように形成され、
当該溝(17)により、切換運動の際に、各選択切換フォークアーム(5)が案内可能であり、
選択されない切換フォークアーム(5’)の溝(19)の中に係合するリング(10)のパネル部分(18)によって、選択されない切換フォークアーム(5’)の運動がロックされる、請求項2、3、4または5による切換ギアのための切換装置(1)。 - 選択アクチュエータ(15)は、圧縮空気式、液圧式、電気モータ式、電磁気式または電気動力学式に駆動可能に形成される、請求項1乃至6のいずれかによる切換ギアのための切換装置(1)。
- 二つのレーンを切り換えるために設けられる場合のために、選択アクチュエータ(15)は、二つの位置だけをとるように形成されている、請求項1乃至7のいずれかによる切換ギアのための切換装置(1)。
- 選択アクチュエータ(15)は、電磁気式または電気動力学式に駆動可能なアクチュエータである、請求項8による切換ギアのための切換装置(1)。
- 電磁気式に駆動可能なアクチュエータ(15)の場合に、当該アクチュエータ(15)は、直線運動のときも回転運動のときも、シングル牽引磁石、逆牽引磁石、または、ダブル牽引磁石として形成される、請求項1乃至9のいずれかによる切換ギアのための切換装置(1)。
- 電気動力学式に駆動可能なアクチュエータ(15)である場合に、当該アクチュエータ(15)は、直線運動のときも回転運動のときも、双安定の切換磁石、音声コイル磁石または可動磁石として形成される、請求項1乃至9のいずれかによる切換ギアのための切換装置(1)。
