Description
すなわち、2種の液体を貯留するタンク(2)と、該タンク内を上下の2区域以上に分けるように配置した通水性を有する仕切板(3)と、上記各区域の複数区域間を連通する1又は2以上の立設させた連通管(4)と、該連通管内に下から上方向への送流を形成する送液手段(5)と、から成ることを特徴としている。前記の仕切板(3)の配置は、液体の循環や仕切板(3)を通過するその通水量を考慮すると、液体に作用する重力を利用できるようにタンク内の空間を上下方向の複数区域、少なくとも2区域以上に分ける配置が望ましく、これに伴って上下複数区域を連通する連通管(4)の配置は、仕切板(3)を貫通するように立設する状態となる。かかる態様の2液循環攪拌装置(1)にあっては、ポンプ等の送液手段(5)はタンク内において上流側となる仕切板(3)の下方区域に位置する液体を、連通管(4)を介してタンク内の上方区域に送液することになる。
すなわち、タンク内に貯留する2種の液体は、送液手段によりタンク内を循環しつつ、仕切板及び連通管と頻繁に接触しつつ攪拌されることとなる。仕切板及び連通管と接触する2種の液体は、これらが担持する鉱物が放射するイオン線、磁力線、遠赤外線、各種の微量放射線、などの単独作用、又は複合相乗作用によって活性化、つまりクラスタが細分化された微細な分子状態に分断化され、循環及び攪拌にしたがって2種の液体が分子的に結合して一体化する効果を得る。

[作用]
すなわち、給入管22によりタンク2の上方区域に供給された2液は、タンク内において緩やかに攪拌されつつ仕切板3を通過する。2液は仕切板3の通過時にはその内部にある多数の活性化球33、33、・・と接触することとなり、担持された鉱物の放射線等によりクラスタが細分化された活性化状態となる。
Claims (5)
- 2種の液体を貯留するタンク(2)と、
該タンク内を上下の2区域以上に分けるように配置した通水性を有する仕切板(3)と、
上記各区域の複数区域間を連通する1又は2以上の液体活性化機能を有する1種又は2種以上の鉱物を担持させて成形して立設させた連通管(4)と、
該連通管内に下から上方向への送流を形成する送液手段(5)と、
から成り、
上記連通管(4)は、その外周面及び内周面に、流れを乱す突起又は凸条(44)と内外壁を貫通する複数の開口(43)とを形成してなると共に、上記仕切板(3)に、液体活性化機能を有する1種又は2種以上の鉱物を担持させたことを特徴とする2液循環攪拌装置。 - 連通管(4)の凸条(44)の形成において、管体側面を周回するリング状となり、かつ軸方向へ所定間隔で繰り返し形成して成ることを特徴とする請求項1記載の2液循環攪拌装置。
- 連通管(4)を、管状体を母線に沿った分割端面(42)をもって複数個に分割可能にすると共に、樹脂基材に混合させる鉱物の配合割合を変えた異種どうしを組み合わせて管状に接合させたことを特徴とする請求項1、又は2記載の2液循環攪拌装置。
- タンク内部において、連通管(4)内の送流の上流側区域に超音波発生装置(6)を配置したことを特徴とする請求項1、2、又は3記載の2液循環攪拌装置。
- 各区域をタンク内の空間の上下複数段に配置して各区域毎に仕切板(3)を配置したことを特徴とする請求項1、2、3、又は4記載の2液循環攪拌装置。
