〔実験例1〕ハイブリッドローズ子房水抽出物の作成
原材料として、ハイブリッドローズ子房部の乾燥物を100g使用した。前記原材料100gに精製水1500mLを加え、60℃で3時間抽出した後、No.131ろ紙にて濾過し、ろ液を1100mL得た。減圧下、溶媒を留去し、ハイブリッドローズ子房水抽出液を得た。
原材料として、西洋バラ子房部の乾燥物を100g使用した。前記原材料100gに50%エタノール1500mLを加え、室温で3日間、抽出した後、No.131ろ紙にて濾過し、ろ液を1100mL得た。減圧下、溶媒を留去し、ハイブリッドローズ子房水抽出液を得た。

50mM N-アセチルリジン450μL(50mMPBS(pH7.4))、10mMアクロレイン450μL(50mMPBS(pH7.4))、試料100μLを混合し、37℃で24時間放置後、HPLCで分析を行った。陽性対照として、類似の反応と思われる糖とアミノ酸やタンパク質と起こるメイラード反応の阻害剤としてとして知られるアミノグアニジンを用いて比較を行った。試料濃度は1%の溶液を用いて行った。

Hybrida(Rosaceae))の子房部の抽出物にアクロレインとN-アセチルリジンとの付加体の形成を阻害する作用が強いことを確認した。
ハイブリッドローズ(Rosa
Hybrida(Rosaceae))の子房部の抽出物に関して、経口毒性、皮膚一次刺激性、皮膚累積刺激性、皮膚感作性、眼粘膜刺激性、ヒトパッチテストを実施し、問題ないことを確認した。

- 請求項1を有効成分として含有することを特徴とするアクロレイン付加体形成阻害用健康補助食品。
