Description
前記機械式オイルポンプ(31)及び前記電動オイルポンプ(30)からの油圧をライン圧(PL)に調圧制御し得ると共に、該ライン圧(PL)を低圧範囲の低圧状態(PLLO)又は該低圧範囲よりも高圧範囲の高圧状態(PLHI)に段階的に切換制御し得るライン圧調圧手段(40,S1)と、前記ライン圧(PL)に基づく係合圧(PB1,PB2)により各摩擦係合要素(B1,B2)を係脱する複数の油圧サーボ(45,47)とを備えた変速機(14)の油圧制御装置(1)において、
前記ライン圧調圧手段は、前記機械式オイルポンプ(31)及び前記電動オイルポンプ(30)からの油圧を前記ライン圧に調圧する調圧バルブ(40)と、信号圧(PS1)を出力し得るソレノイドバルブ(S1)とを有し、
前記調圧バルブ(40)は、前記ソレノイドバルブ(S1)の信号圧(PS1)に基づき前記ライン圧(PL)を前記低圧状態(PLLO)又は前記高圧状態(PLHI)に切換制御してなり、
前記ライン圧調圧手段(40,S1)が前記高圧状態のライン圧(PLHI)を出力していることを検出する高圧状態検出手段(63)を備え、
前記高圧状態検出手段は、前記ソレノイドバルブ(S1)の信号圧(PS1)のON/OFFを検出する油圧スイッチ(632)であり、
前記ライン圧調圧手段(40,S1)は、前記第2モータ(13)の出力を反力として前記第1モータ(11)の回転駆動により前記エンジンを再始動する前に、前記ライン圧(P L )を高圧状態(P L HI)に切換制御してなり、
前記油圧スイッチ(63 2 )が前記高圧状態のライン圧(P L HI)の出力を検出した後に、前記エンジンの再始動を行う、
ことを特徴とする変速機の油圧制御装置(1)にある。
前記高圧状態検出手段(63)が前記高圧状態のライン圧(PLHI)の出力を検出した後に、前記各摩擦係合要素(B1,B2)同士の掴み換えを開始する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の変速機の油圧制御装置(1)にある。
前記ソレノイドバルブ(S1)の信号圧(PS1)が出力されない際は、前記付勢手段(40s)の付勢力に基づき、前記スプール(40p)が、前記入力ポート(40d)と前記還元ポート(40c)と前記ライン圧出力ポート(40f)とが連通する位置に制御されて、前記ライン圧が低圧状態(PLLO)となり、
前記ソレノイドバルブ(S1)の信号圧(PS1)が出力された際は、前記作動油室(40b)に入力された前記ソレノイドバルブ(S1)の信号圧に基づき、前記スプール(40p)が、前記入力ポート(40d)と前記ライン圧出力ポート(40f)とが連通すると共に前記入力ポート(40d)と前記還元ポート(40c)とを遮断する位置に制御されて、前記ライン圧が高圧状態(PLHI)となる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の変速機の油圧制御装置(1)にある。

また、高圧状態検出手段は、ソレノイドバルブの出力ポートに連通する油圧スイッチであるので、ソレノイドバルブが正常に制御されてライン圧が高圧状態になることを検出することができる。また、ライン圧の低圧状態にあっては、ソレノイドバルブより信号圧が出力されず、該油圧スイッチに油圧が生じないので、オイルポンプからの油圧が上昇してライン圧が上昇する状態にあって、該油圧スイッチがハンチングすることを防止することができる。これにより、油圧スイッチの耐久性を向上することができる。
更に、油圧スイッチが高圧状態のライン圧の出力を検出した後に、エンジンの再始動を行うので、例えばライン圧の低圧状態でエンジンの再始動を行って第2モータの反力が伝達できずに該第2モータが空回りしてしまうことを防止することができる。
以下、本発明に係る第1の参考例を図1及び図2に沿って説明する。図1は本発明に係る変速機の油圧制御装置が適用されるハイブリッド駆動装置の概略構成を示すスケルトン図、図2は本発明の第1の参考例に係る変速機の油圧制御装置を示す図である。
ついで、上記第1の参考例を一部変更した第2の実施の形態について、図3及び図4に沿って説明する。図3は本発明の第2の実施の形態に係る変速機の油圧制御装置を示す図、図4は入力回転に基づく高圧状態及び低圧状態のライン圧と油圧スイッチの検出誤差範囲との関係を示す説明図である。なお、本第2の実施の形態においては、一部の変更部分を除き、上記第1の参考例と同様の部分に同符号を付して、その説明を省略する。

Claims (4)
- エンジンに接続された入力軸と、第1モータと、出力軸と、各回転要素にそれら入力軸、第1モータ、及び出力軸が駆動連結された動力分配用プラネタリギヤと、第2モータと、該第2モータと該出力軸との間に介在し、係合した際に前記第2モータと前記出力軸との動力伝達を接続する摩擦係合要素を有する変速機と、前記エンジンの回転に連動して駆動される機械式オイルポンプと、電動モータにより駆動される電動オイルポンプと、を備えたハイブリッド駆動装置に用いられ、
前記機械式オイルポンプ及び前記電動オイルポンプからの油圧をライン圧に調圧制御し得ると共に、該ライン圧を低圧範囲の低圧状態又は該低圧範囲よりも高圧範囲の高圧状態に段階的に切換制御し得るライン圧調圧手段と、前記ライン圧に基づく係合圧により各摩擦係合要素を係脱する複数の油圧サーボとを備えた変速機の油圧制御装置において、
前記ライン圧調圧手段は、前記機械式オイルポンプ及び前記電動オイルポンプからの油圧を前記ライン圧に調圧する調圧バルブと、信号圧を出力し得るソレノイドバルブと、を有し、
前記調圧バルブは、前記ソレノイドバルブの信号圧に基づき前記ライン圧を前記低圧状態又は前記高圧状態に切換制御してなり、
前記ライン圧調圧手段が前記高圧状態のライン圧を出力していることを検出する高圧状態検出手段を備え、
前記高圧状態検出手段は、前記ソレノイドバルブの信号圧のON/OFFを検出する油圧スイッチであり、
前記ライン圧調圧手段は、前記第2モータの出力を反力として前記第1モータの回転駆動により前記エンジンを再始動する前に、前記ライン圧を高圧状態に切換制御してなり、
前記油圧スイッチが前記高圧状態のライン圧の出力を検出した後に、前記エンジンの再始動を行う、
ことを特徴とする変速機の油圧制御装置。 - 前記ライン圧調圧手段は、前記各摩擦係合要素同士の掴み換えを開始する前に、前記ライン圧を高圧状態に切換制御してなり、
前記高圧状態検出手段が前記高圧状態のライン圧の出力を検出した後に、前記各摩擦係合要素同士の掴み換えを開始する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の変速機の油圧制御装置。 - 前記調圧バルブは、スプールと、該スプールを一方に付勢する付勢手段と、前記ソレノイドバルブからの信号圧を該付勢手段の付勢力に反して入力する作動油室と、前記機械式オイルポンプ及び前記電動オイルポンプの排出側に接続された入力ポートと、前記ライン圧を出力するライン圧出力ポートと、前記機械式オイルポンプ及び前記電動オイルポンプの吸入側に接続された還元ポートと、を備え、
前記ソレノイドバルブの信号圧が出力されない際は、前記付勢手段の付勢力に基づき、前記スプールが、前記入力ポートと前記還元ポートと前記ライン圧出力ポートとが連通する位置に制御されて、前記ライン圧が低圧状態となり、
前記ソレノイドバルブの信号圧が出力された際は、前記作動油室に入力された前記ソレノイドバルブの信号圧に基づき、前記スプールが、前記入力ポートと前記ライン圧出力ポートとが連通すると共に前記入力ポートと前記還元ポートとを遮断する位置に制御されて、前記ライン圧が高圧状態となる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の変速機の油圧制御装置。 - 前記複数の油圧サーボにそれぞれ連通する複数の係合圧用油圧スイッチを備えた、
