Description
高い粒子個数濃度の試料を測定する目的の光散乱式粒子測定装置には、粒子の検出領域(光ビームと散乱光の集光光学系で形成される領域)を非常に小さくして粒子が同時に複数個検出領域に入る確率を小さくする方法が使われている。あるいは、通常のクリーンルーム用粒子測定装置の試料空気入口に希釈装置(試料空気を清浄な空気で希釈する)を取り付け、粒子個数濃度を下げて測定する方法も使われている。
表示部8は、図4に示すようなDSP76による出力(粒子径毎の粒子数)を表示する。
以上に説明した実施例は、この実施形態に限定されるものではなく、特許請求の範囲に記載した発明要旨の範囲内において種種の変更が可能である。例えば、DMAとCNCを組み合わせた装置やELPI、さらには液中粒子計測器など粒子計測器全般に、本発明を適用することが可能である。
Claims (1)
- 流体に含まれる粒子を所定の割合で除去する粒子除去手段と、この粒子除去手段を通過した粒子を計測する粒子計測手段を備え、前記粒子除去手段の粒子径に対する固有の除去特性を用いて前記粒子計測手段で計測した粒子径と各粒子径に対する粒子数を補正処理する粒子数補正手段を設けたことを特徴とする粒子計測装置。
