R1601に準拠した測定方法で200MPa以上が望ましく、250MPa以上がさらに望ましい。絶縁板5は、図1および図2に示すごとく、電極体2の上面のほぼ全域に対面する左右横長になっている。

Claims (3)
- 上面に開口を有する有底角筒形状の電池缶と、前記電池缶の開口上面を塞ぐ蓋と、前記電池缶内に収容された電極体と、前記蓋に貫通状に取り付けられた出力端子と、前記蓋の下面側に配されて前記出力端子を少なくとも前記蓋の下面から絶縁する絶縁体と、前記絶縁体の下面側に配されて前記出力端子の下端に接続してある板状のリード体と、前記電極体から上向きに導出した薄板状の集電リードとを含んでおり、
前記集電リードの上端部が、前記リード体の下面に面接触状態で溶接してあって、前記集電リードが、少なくとも前記電池缶の前壁寄りの位置で折れ曲がっている密閉角形電池において、
前記絶縁体は、前記蓋と前記リード体との間に挟まれた蓋側絶縁部と、この蓋側絶縁部の前後端のうちの少なくとも前端側から下向きに折り曲げられた側壁と、この側壁の下端から電池の前後方向の中央側へ延びた電極側絶縁部とを含んでおり、
電池組み立て前の自由状態においては、前記蓋側絶縁部と前記側壁とが真っ直ぐになっていることを特徴とする密閉角形電池。 - 上面に開口を有する有底角筒形状の電池缶と、前記電池缶の開口上面を塞ぐ蓋と、前記電池缶内に収容された電極体と、前記蓋に貫通状に取り付けられた出力端子と、前記蓋の下面側に配されて前記出力端子を少なくとも前記蓋の下面から絶縁する絶縁体と、前記絶縁体の下面側に配されて前記出力端子の下端に接続してある板状のリード体と、前記電極体から上向きに導出した薄板状の集電リードとを含んでおり、
前記集電リードの上端部が、前記リード体の下面に面接触状態で溶接してあって、前記集電リードが、少なくとも前記電池缶の前壁寄りの位置で折れ曲がっている密閉角形電池において、
前記絶縁体は、前記蓋と前記リード体との間に挟まれた蓋側絶縁部と、前記電極体の上側に配された電極側絶縁部と、前記蓋側絶縁部と前記電極側絶縁部とをつなぐ可撓性を有する薄板部とを含んでおり、
前記絶縁体は、前記薄板部が前記集電リードよりも前記電池缶の前壁寄りに位置しているとともに、前記電極側絶縁部がその上面において上方へ突出する突起を有していることを特徴とする密閉角形電池。 - 前記集電リードの下部が、絶縁部材で覆われている請求項1又は2記載の密閉角形電池。
