Description
この実施形態の車両用電源装置の回路構成を図1を参照して説明する。
電圧変動許容電源系に対して実行する電費低減型発電制御について図2に示すフローチャートを参照して具体的に説明する。ただし、この制御は一例であり、多くの変形が可能である。
高電圧発電部4bの発電トルクT42xの算出の他の方法を以下に説明する。
上記した2電圧型発電機4の発電制御及び直流電力伝送装置3の送電制御に加えて、電圧変動許容負荷H1〜Hmに優先順位を付与し、目標電費DM又は第2蓄電装置2の蓄電状態などに応じて、電圧変動許容負荷H1〜Hmへの給電をこの優先順位に応じて調整してもよい。すなわち、給電電力に制限がある場合には、給電電力の大きさに応じて優先順位が低い電圧変動許容負荷への給電を停止したり、削減してもよい。

Claims (11)
- 車載エンジンにより駆動されて発電して電気負荷及び蓄電装置に給電する発電機と、前記発電機の発電を制御する制御装置とを備え、
前記制御装置は、前記発電機の発電が経済的であると判断した場合に前記電気負荷駆動に必要な負荷要求電力よりも過剰に発電して前記蓄電装置に蓄電し、前記発電機の発電が非経済的であると判断した場合に前記電気負荷駆動に必要な負荷要求電力よりも過小に発電して前記蓄電装置を放電させる電費低減型発電制御を行う車両用電源装置において、
少なくとも定電圧負荷に給電する第1蓄電装置と、前記エンジンにより駆動されて前記定電圧負荷及び前記第1蓄電装置に給電する第1発電機とを含む定電圧電源系と、
電圧変動許容負荷に給電する第2蓄電装置と、前記エンジンにより駆動されて前記電圧変動許容負荷及び前記第2蓄電装置に給電する第2発電機とを含む電圧変動許容電源系と、
を有し、
前記制御装置は、
前記定電圧電源系に対してその電源電圧を一定レベルに維持する定電圧制御を行い、かつ、前記電圧変動許容電源系に対して前記電費低減型発電制御を行うことを特徴とする車両用電源装置。 - 請求項1記載の車両用電源装置において、
前記第2蓄電装置は、前記第1蓄電装置よりも優れた充放電サイクル寿命を有している車両用電源装置。 - 請求項1又は2記載の車両用電源装置において、
前記制御装置は、
前記電圧変動許容電源系に対する前記電費低減型発電制御の実行に際して、単位発電電力量当たりの前記エンジンの燃費増分としての発電電費を算出するとともに、前記発電電費が所定値未満の場合に前記第2発電機の発電電力を増大し、前記発電電費が前記所定値以上の場合に前記第2発電機の発電電力を低減する車両用電源装置。 - 請求項3記載の車両用電源装置において、
前記制御装置は、
前記電圧変動許容電源系に対する前記電費低減型発電制御の実行に際して、予め記憶する前記エンジンのトルクと前記発電電費との関係を示す発電電費マップに所定の目標電費を代入して、前記発電電費が前記目標電費以下となる前記トルクである許可トルクの範囲を求め、
前記両発電機のトルクの和が前記許可トルク範囲内となる条件にて前記第2発電機の発電電力を設定する車両用電源装置。 - 請求項4記載の車両用電源装置において、
前記制御装置は、
前記電圧変動許容電源系に対する前記電費低減型発電制御の実行に際して、前記第2蓄電装置の残存容量に応じて前記目標電費を算出する車両用電源装置。 - 請求項4記載の車両用電源装置において、
前記制御装置は、
前記電圧変動許容電源系に対する前記電費低減型発電制御の実行に際して、前記第2蓄電装置が蓄電する単位電力量当たりの前記発電電費を蓄電電費として算出するとともに、前記蓄電電費を前記目標電費とする車両用電源装置。 - 請求項5又は6記載の車両用電源装置において、
前記制御装置は、
前記電圧変動許容電源系に対する前記電費低減型発電制御の実行に際して、前記目標電費と前記発電電費との比較結果に基づいて、前記発電電費が前記目標電費を下回る場合に前記第2発電機の発電電力を増大させ、かつ、前記発電電費が前記目標電費を上回る場合に前記第2発電機の発電電力を低減させる車両用電源装置。 - 請求項5記載の車両用電源装置において、
前記制御装置は、
前記電圧変動許容電源系に対する前記電費低減型発電制御の実行に際して、前記許可トルクの範囲内にて前記発電電費を略最小値とする発電量を設定して指令する車両用電源装置。 - 請求項4記載の車両用電源装置において、
前記制御装置は、
前記目標電費と前記発電電費との電費差が大きい場合の前記第2蓄電装置の充放電電力を、前記電費差が小さい場合の前記第2蓄電装置の充放電電力よりも増大する車両用電源装置。 - 請求項1乃至9のいずれか記載の車両用電源装置において、
前記第1蓄電装置は、鉛バッテリにより構成されている車両用電源装置。 - 請求項1乃至9のいずれか記載の車両用電源装置において、
前記第2蓄電装置は、リチウム二次電池及び/又は電気二重層キャパシタにより構成されている車両用電源装置。
