Description
本発明は、テクスチャード加工表面を伴う手袋および該手袋を製造する方法に関する。
無保護(Unsupported)手袋は、手のような形状の手袋の型を液体ラテックスおよび混合化学薬品のタンクの中に浸漬することにより製造される。ラテックスはゴムを硬化するのに用いられる硫化剤を含んでいてもよく、そして乾燥ゴムフィルムが製造される。型は、最初に、ラテックスをゲル化し次に手袋を型から取り除くのを容易にする凝固剤で予め被覆される。予め被覆された型は、その後手袋を製造するのに必要な化学薬品のタンクに浸漬される。まだ型上にある間に、ラテックス手袋はまたタンパク質および残余化学薬品を浸出させるために1またはそれ以上の洗浄処理をうける。湿ったゲルは、加熱した炉内で乾燥および硬化され、ラテックス手袋は、型から裏返しに剥ぎ取られ、パッケージ化され、および/または滅菌される前に型上で硬化する。剥ぎ取られた手袋の内側表面は滑らかであると同時に手袋の外側表面は手袋の型由来のテクスチャーの痕(impression)を採る。
本発明の原理に基づいて、一般的な塩のような離散粒子の層を被覆したラテックスフィルムの液体表面に包埋し、浸漬したラテックス層をゲル化または乾燥し、テクスチャード加工表面を残すように離散粒子を溶解し、それから浸出、乾燥および硬化しそして最後に型から手袋を取り除くことにより製造したテクスチャード加工表面被覆を有する手袋が提供される。一実施態様において、本発明は、湿潤グリップを改良するために手袋外側の、快適性を改良するために手袋内側の、または両方のテクスチャード加工表面被覆を提供し得る。他の実施態様において、本発明はまた、発泡材料を織布、メリヤス生地または他の下地層に塗布し、液体発泡材料層の中に離散粒子の層を包埋し、発泡層を加工しそして包埋した離散粒子を溶解することにより製造されたテクスチャード加工表面を提供し得る。別の実施態様において、本発明はさらにそれによりテクスチャード加工表面被覆または開細胞型発泡表面被覆を伴う手袋を製造することができる方法を提供する。
本発明は、非ゲル化ラテックスの層に離散粒子を包埋することにより製造した無発泡ラテックスまたは発泡ラテックスのいずれかにより製造されたテクスチャード加工表面被覆を伴う手袋に関する。ラテックス層は、理想的には離散粒子に接触することでゲル化している。プロセスは手袋を乾燥および硬化することにより完了する。離散粒子は、粒子を適当な溶媒中に溶解させることにより、ゲル化または硬化後のいずれかに層から除去され得る。このプロセスは、離散粒子が包埋していた箇所に痕(impression)を残し、グリップ、より少ない直の皮膚の接触を伴う手袋内の空気循環および吸汗性の程度を改良し得るテクスチャード加工表面被覆となる。例えば、湿潤/油グリップは、本発明のテクスチャード加工手袋において改良される。発泡材料は、テクスチャード加工表面層を製造するために無発泡ラテックスの代わりに使用されてもよく、優れたグリップ、より高い吸汗性および絶縁体(insulation)の柔軟な層を提供する。

DEFOAMER 1512M 約0.5容量%
凝固剤溶液を30から40℃に加熱する。清浄な陶材の手袋の型は、凝固剤溶液中に浸漬することによりその表面を均一に被覆する。浸漬速度はおよそ1.5cm/秒、滞留時間は5から10秒、そして抽出速度はおよそ0.75cm/秒である。

このラテックスのpHは9.0に調節されており(アンモニアまたは水酸化カリウムを用いて)、ラテックスの粘度はポリアクリル酸アンモニウムを用いて500cps(ブルックフィールド粘度計モデル DV1+、スピンドル# 2 @ 30 rpm)に調節されている。ラテックスは20から25℃に保持する。浸漬速度はおよそ1から3cm/秒、ラテックス中の滞留時間はおよそ10から30秒、そして抽出速度はおよそ2cm/秒である。
1.ボランティアの試験者が試験手袋を着用する。
2.試験者は、親指および第一指(または第二指)のみを用いて、各向かい合った表面上の1本の指は床に向かって表面に沿っておよそ4cmの点で、接触点として指および親指の指腹の先のみを用いて、表面に対して直角に装置をグリップする。
3.試験者は、装置を強く握り持ち上げようと試み、それから滑らずに静止して保持するのに十分な力で装置を保持する。
4.即時グリップ力が、質量秤を読み取った質量単位で記録される。
5.最初のグリップおよび持ち上げの後、定常グリップ力がおよそ5から10秒後に記録される。
6.グリップは、装置がグリップからすべるように徐々に緩められる。
7.最小グリップ力がすべりの時点で記録される。
8.さらなる重量が続いて装置に加えられ、そしてステップ1−7が繰り返される。
Claims (6)
- テクスチャード加工表面被覆手袋を製造する方法であって、
(i)型を凝固剤で処理すること;
(ii)型を水性ラテックスエマルジョン中で浸漬被覆することによりラテックスの第一層を形成すること;
(iii)該凝固剤による該ラテックスエマルジョンの不安定化によりラテックスの第一層をゲル化すること;
(iv)型を水性ラテックスエマルジョン中で浸漬被覆することによりラテックスの第一層の上にラテックスの第二層を形成すること;
(v)ラテックスの第二層に離散した多面的な塩の粒子を塗布すること;
(vi)塩の粒子の形状を模写する多面的な痕がラテックスの第二層に形成されるように、塩の粒子との接触時にラテックスの第二層をゲル化し、ラテックスの第二層の中の塩の粒子の形状を固定すること;
(vii)ラテックスの第二層を熱硬化させる前に、ラテックスの第二層から離散した多面的な塩の粒子を溶解すること;
(viii)離散粒子を溶解する工程の後、形成した層を熱硬化させ、硬化した第二層を形成すること;ならびに
(ix)型から硬化したテクスチャード加工手袋を外すこと
を含み、該ラテックスが塩との接触時に即座に不安定化して湿潤ゲルを形成するものである、方法。 - テクスチャード加工表面被覆手袋を製造する方法であって、
(i)型に非ラテックス材料の織布第一層、またはメリヤス第一層を塗布すること;
(ii)型を水性ラテックスエマルジョン中で浸漬被覆することにより織布第一層、またはメリヤス第一層の上にラテックス第二層を形成すること;
(iii)ラテックス第二層に離散した多面的な塩の粒子を塗布すること;
(iv)塩の粒子の形状を模写する多面的な痕がラテックスの第二層に形成されるように、塩の粒子との接触時にラテックス第二層をゲル化し、ラテックスの第二層の中の塩の粒子の形状を固定すること;
(v)ラテックスの第二層を熱硬化させる前に、ラテックスの第二層から離散した多面的な塩の粒子を溶解すること;
(vi)離散粒子を溶解する工程の後、ラテックス第二層を熱硬化させ、硬化した第二層を形成すること;ならびに
(vii)型から硬化したテクスチャード加工手袋を外すこと
を含み、該ラテックスが塩との接触時に即座に不安定化して湿潤ゲルを形成するものである、方法。 - ラテックス第二層が発泡体である、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 離散粒子が、塩化ナトリウム、塩化カリウム、塩化カルシウム、塩化マグネシウム、塩化亜鉛、硝酸カルシウム、硝酸亜鉛、およびそれらの組み合わせから選択される塩を含む、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 塩の流動床の中に型を浸漬することにより、塩の離散粒子をラテックスの第二層に塗布する、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 水性ラテックスエマルジョンが、天然ゴムラテックス、ポリウレタンラテックス、ニトリルラテックス、ポリクロロプレンラテックス、またはこれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
