Description
Claims (5)
- 車輌用灯具に用いられる発光モジュールであって、
略矩形状に形成された基板と、
該基板に形成された所定の導電パターンと、
半導体発光素子を有し上記基板上に配置され導電パターンに接続された発光部と、
上記基板上に形成され導電パターンを介して半導体発光素子に接続された正負一対の面状電極部とを備え、
基板の厚み方向に直交し該基板の各側縁が延びる2方向をそれぞれ第1の方向及び第2の方向としたときに、
第1の方向において上記一対の面状電極部が離隔して位置され、
上記半導体発光素子の中央が基板の中央に対して第2の方向における一方向にシフトして位置され、
一対の面状電極部の上記一方向における各端面が半導体発光素子の上記一方向における端面から上記一方向へ突出しないようにした
ことを特徴とする発光モジュール。 - 上記発光部及び基板をそれぞれ長方形状に形成し、
発光部と基板の長手方向が略一致するように発光部を基板に配置した
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発光モジュール。 - 上記一対の面状電極部をそれぞれ基板の外周部に形成した
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の発光モジュール。 - 樹脂材料によって形成されたベース面部と該ベース面部から上記基板側に突出された給電端子を有する給電用アタッチメントを設け、
給電端子と面状電極部を溶接によって接続した
ことを特徴とする請求項1、請求項2又は請求項3に記載の発光モジュール。 - ランプハウジング内に配置された発光モジュールの半導体発光素子から出射された光が投光レンズによって照明光として照射される車輌用灯具であって、
上記発光モジュールは、
略矩形状に形成された基板と、
該基板に形成された所定の導電パターンと、
半導体発光素子を有し上記基板上に配置され導電パターンに接続された発光部と、
上記基板上に形成され導電パターンを介して半導体発光素子に接続された正負一対の面状電極部とを備え、
基板の厚み方向に直交し該基板の各側縁が延びる2方向をそれぞれ第1の方向及び第2の方向としたときに、
上記第1の方向において上記一対の面状電極部が離隔して位置され、
上記半導体発光素子の中央が基板の中央に対して第2の方向における一方向にシフトして位置され、
半導体発光素子の上記一方向における端縁から発せられた光によって照射光の照射パターンにおけるカットラインの少なくとも一部が形成されるように構成され、
一対の面状電極部の上記一方向における各端面が半導体発光素子の上記一方向における端面から上記一方向へ突出しないようにした
ことを特徴とする車輌用灯具。
