本願は、2007年2月9日に日本国に出願された特願2007−30277号に基づき優先権を主張し、その内容をここに援用する。

図1は、本発明の透明成形体10の一例を示す縦断面図である。透明成形体10は、後述する透明基材11の表面に活性エネルギー線硬化樹脂12が形成されたものである。透明成形体10においては、その表面に微細凹凸構造が形成され、微細凹凸構造の表面の水接触角が25°以下である。
また、微細凹凸構造の凸部13の形状は特に限定されないが、連続的に屈折率を増大させて低反射率と低波長依存性を両立させた反射防止機能を得るためには、図1に示すような略円錐形状、図2に示すような釣鐘形状など、膜面で切断した時の断面積の占有率が連続的に増大するような構造が好ましい。また、より微細な凸部が複数合一して上記の微細凹凸構造を形成していてもよい。
本発明に用いられる活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物とは、分子中にラジカル重合性および/またはカチオン重合性結合を有する単量体、低重合度の重合体、反応性重合体を適宜混合したものであり、後述する重合開始剤によって硬化されるものである。また、非反応性重合体を添加してもよい。
(水接触角の判定)
接触角測定装置(Kruss社製、「DSA10−Mk2」)を用いて、11.6μlの水を、後述する実施例および比較例において作製した活性エネルギー線硬化樹脂の表面に滴下した後、10秒後の接触角を1秒間隔で10点測定し、それらの平均値を算出した。同一の操作を、水を滴下する位置を変えて3回行い、それらの平均値を算出することにより水接触角を決定した。
フィッシャー社製「FISCHERSCOPE(R) HM2000」を用いて、1mN/10秒の条件で荷重増加し、10秒保持の後、荷重増加と同条件で除荷した。その際の65%と95%の荷重がかかった点を使用しての外挿法により弾性率を計算した。
特開2006−147149号公報に記載の方法(擬似指紋液1を調製して使用)で透明成形体に擬似指紋を付着させ、往復磨耗試験機(新東科学製「HEIDON Type:30S」)に20mm角の圧子に水を滲み込ませたネル布を取り付け、荷重100g、ストローク40mm、10往復の条件で拭き取った際の外観を評価した。評価は透明成形体の裏面に黒い紙を置き、以下の基準に従って行った。
A:汚れが目視ではわからない。
B:目視で若干の指紋が確認される。
C:指紋がのび広がるだけで、ほとんど拭き取られない。
往復磨耗試験機(新東科学製「HEIDON Type:30S」)に20mm角の圧子にネル布を取り付け、荷重16g、ストローク40mm、5000往復の条件で試験を行った際の外観を目視で評価した。評価は透明成形体の裏面に黒い紙を置き、以下の基準に従って行った。
A:全く傷なし。
B:傷数本あり。
C:圧子が当たっていた全面に亘り傷つきあり。
裏面をサンドペーパー(GRIT No.500)で粗面化した後、黒く塗ったサンプルを、分光光度計(日立社製、「U‐4100」)を用いて、入射角5°の条件で波長380nm〜780nmの間の相対反射率を測定し、「JIS R 3106:1998」に基づいて加重平均反射率を計算した。
走査電子顕微鏡(日本電子社製、「JSM‐7400F」)を用いて、加速電圧3.00kvの条件で、スタンパおよび透明成形体の表面に形成された微細凹凸構造を観察した。なお、透明成形体の観察に関しては、プラチナを10分間蒸着した後に観察を行った。得られた画像から、スタンパの場合は隣り合う凹部同士の距離と凹部の深さ(高さ)を測定し、透明成形体の場合は隣り合う凸部同士の距離と凸部の高さを測定した。
純度99.99%のアルミニウム板を、2.7%シュウ酸水溶液の電解液中、化成電圧40V、16℃の条件にて30分間、陽極酸化を施した後、リン酸/クロム酸混液でアルミナ被膜を選択的に溶解除去した。さらに、2.7%シュウ酸水溶液の電解液中で、先と同一の条件で30秒間、陽極酸化を施し、5%リン酸水溶液で8分間孔径拡大処理を行い、陽極酸化/経口拡大処理を更に4回繰り返した。次いで、フルオロアルキルシラン(信越シリコーン社製、「KBM‐7803」)を固形分0.5%になるようにメタノールで希釈した溶液に、ポーラスアルミナを10分間ディッピングした後、風乾し、120℃で2時間減圧下、熱処理してスタンパを得た。
メチルメタクリレート、ブチルアクリレート、メチルアクリレート、アリルメタクリレートおよび1,3−ブタジエンからなるゴム含有多段重合体75質量部、アクリル樹脂BR80(三菱レイヨン社製)25質量部を予め溶融押し出しした後、製膜して200μmのアクリル樹脂フィルムを得た。
ジペンタエリスリトールヘキサアクリレート(DPHA)20質量部、アロニックスM−260(東亜合成社製、ポリエチレングリコール鎖の平均繰り返し単位は13)70質量部、ヒドロキシエチルアクリレート10質量部にイルガキュア184(チバ・スペシャリティーケミカルズ社製)を、単量体を100質量部として1.5質量部溶解させ、活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物を得た。該活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物をスタンパ上に数滴垂らし、アクリル樹脂フィルムで押し広げながら被覆した後、フィルム側から400mJ/cm2のエネルギーで紫外線を照射して活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物を光硬化させた。フィルムとスタンパを剥離して、図1に示すような、隣り合う凸部同士の距離w1が200nm、凸部の高さd1が200nmの微細凹凸構造を有する透明成形体を得た。
得られた透明成形体の水接触角、防汚性試験、耐擦傷性試験、反射率の各評価を行った。結果を表1に示す。
また、透明成形体の表面を電子顕微鏡で観察したところ、凸部が2〜3個合一することで、隣り合う凸部同士の距離が、スタンパの距離よりも大きくなっていた。
ジペンタエリスリトールヘキサアクリレート(DPHA)5質量部、アロニックスM−260(東亜合成社製)85質量部を用いた以外は実施例1と同様にして、隣り合う凸部同士の距離w1が200nm、凸部の高さd1が200nmの微細凹凸構造を有する透明成形体を製造し、水接触角、防汚性試験、反射率の各評価を行った。結果を表1に示す。
ジペンタエリスリトールヘキサアクリレート(DPHA)60質量部、アロニックスM−260(東亜合成社製)30質量部を用いた以外は実施例1と同様にして、微細凹凸構造を有する透明成形体を製造しようと試みたが、硬化膜に小さな亀裂が生じて外観不良となった。諸物性は測定することができなかった。
ジペンタエリスリトールヘキサアクリレート(DPHA)70質量部、アロニックスM−260(東亜合成社製)20質量部を用いた以外は実施例1と同様にして、微細凹凸構造を有する透明成形体を製造しようと試みたが、硬化膜に小さな亀裂が生じて外観不良となった。諸物性は測定することができなかった。
ジペンタエリスリトールヘキサアクリレート(DPHA)51.2質量部、アロニックスM−260(東亜合成社製)23.2質量部、ヒドロキシエチルアクリレート25.6質量部を用いた以外は実施例1と同様にして、隣り合う凸部同士の距離w1が100nm、凸部の高さd1が200nmの微細凹凸構造を有する透明成形体を製造し、水接触角、防汚性試験、反射率の各評価を行った。結果を表1に示す。
ジペンタエリスリトールヘキサアクリレート(DPHA)56.4質量部、アロニックスM−260(東亜合成社製)15.4質量部、ヒドロキシエチルアクリレート28.2質量部を用いた以外は実施例1と同様にして、隣り合う凸部同士の距離w1が100nm、凸部の高さd1が200nmの微細凹凸構造を有する透明成形体を製造し、水接触角、防汚性試験、反射率の各評価を行った。結果を表1に示す。
ジペンタエリスリトールヘキサアクリレート(DPHA)32質量部、アロニックスM−240(東亜合成社製)48質量部、ヒドロキシエチルアクリレート20質量部を用いた以外は実施例1と同様にして、隣り合う凸部同士の距離w1が100nm、凸部の高さd1が200nmの微細凹凸構造を有する透明成形体を製造し、水接触角、防汚性試験、反射率の各評価を行った。結果を表1に示す。
ジペンタエリスリトールヘキサアクリレート(DPHA)49質量部、アロニックスM−240(東亜合成社製)32質量部、ヒドロキシエチルアクリレート19質量部を用いた以外は実施例1と同様にして、隣り合う凸部同士の距離w1が100nm、凸部の高さd1が200nmの微細凹凸構造を有する透明成形体を製造し、水接触角、防汚性試験、反射率の各評価を行った。結果を表1に示す。
さらに、本願発明の反射防止物品は、本発明の透明成形体を用いるので、防汚性と反射防止性に優れる。
Claims (3)
- 透明基板と、前記透明基板の少なくとも一方の表面に形成された活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物の硬化物からなる凹凸層とを含む透明成形体であって、前記凹凸層は、隣り合う凸部同士の間隔が可視光の波長以下である凹凸構造を有し、前記凹凸層の表面の水接触角が25°以下、かつ前記凹凸層の表面の弾性率が200MPa以上であり、
前記凹凸層を形成する活性エネルギー線硬化樹脂が、4官能以上の多官能(メタ)アクリレート単位10〜50質量部、2官能以上の親水性(メタ)アクリレート単位30〜80質量部、単官能単量体単位0〜20質量部の重合体からなり、
前記2官能以上の親水性(メタ)アクリレート単位がポリエチレンジアクリレート単位(エチレングリコールの平均繰り返し単位が6〜40)であることを特徴とする透明成形体。 - 前記2官能以上の親水性(メタ)アクリレート単位がポリエチレンジアクリレート単位(エチレングリコールの平均繰り返し単位が9〜30)である請求項1記載の透明成形体。
- 請求項1または2に記載の透明成形体を用いることを特徴とする反射防止物品。
