Description
下記表1に示す組成に従って実施例及び比較例の各固結防止剤の水溶液(固形分濃度=20質量%)を調製した。ここで、実施例1〜3、7および9はホスホン酸誘導体とグルコン酸ナトリウム併用の例、実施例4〜6、8および10はホスホン酸誘導体とグルコン酸ナトリウムとソルビトールの3成分併用の例であり、比較例1は固結防止剤未使用の例、比較例2〜4はホスホン酸誘導体単独使用の例、比較例5はホスホン酸誘導体とソルビトール併用の例、比較例6はグルコン酸ナトリウムの単独使用の例、比較例7はソルビトールの単独使用の例であり、比較例8はグルコン酸ナトリウムとソルビトール併用の例である。
実験例1の供試スラグのうち、50日経過時点の固化率を測定したスラグを300μmの篩の上に載せ、実際に薬剤処理されたスラグが屋外に静置された場合に受ける雨の影響を想定し、水で10分間シャワーリングを行った。シャワーリング後、スラグの含水率を調節するために50℃の恒温器で乾燥し、必要に応じて水を添加し、含水率を10質量%に調整した。このように処理したスラグ200gを、以降、実験例1と同様にサミットモールドに充填、載荷、除荷後、密封して50℃の恒温器内に保存した。再度の保存開始から、10日後、30日後、50日後、70日後、90日後の各試料について、5mm篩で篩った後、通過せずに残った質量を測定して、その割合を固化率とした。結果を表2に示す。
Claims (2)
- (A)1−ヒドロキシエチレン−1,1−ジホスホン酸、ニトリロトリス(メチレンホスホン酸)、及びホスホノブタントリカルボン酸、並びにこれらの塩からなる群から選ばれた少なくとも1種と、(B)グルコン酸ナトリウムとからなり、
前記(A)1−ヒドロキシエチレン−1,1−ジホスホン酸、ニトリロトリス(メチレンホスホン酸)、及びホスホノブタントリカルボン酸並びにこれらの塩からなる群から選ばれた少なくとも1種と前記(B)グルコン酸ナトリウムの配合量が質量比で(A)/(B)=90/10〜10/90であることを特徴とする鉄鋼スラグの固結防止剤。 - さらに(C)ソルビトールを含有し、前記(A)1−ヒドロキシエチレン−1,1−ジホスホン酸、ニトリロトリス(メチレンホスホン酸)、及びホスホノブタントリカルボン酸、並びにこれらの塩からなる群から選ばれた少なくとも1種と、前記(B)グルコン酸ナトリウムと、この(C)ソルビトールの配合量が質量比で、(A)/((B)+(C))=90/10〜10/90であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鉄鋼スラグの固結防止剤。
