Description
また、上記電気化学セルにおいて、前記保護膜は、アルミニウムまたは炭素を主体とした材料からなるものであってもよい。
本発明を具体化した一実施形態の電気化学セル(電気二重層キャパシタおよび電池)を図1〜図4に従って説明する。図1は、電気化学セルの断面図、図2は、該電気化学セルを構成する凹状容器の斜視図、図3は、該電気化学セルの分解図を示す。
(参考例)
次に、参考例について、上記実施形態との相違点を中心に、図5〜図8に従って説明する。図5は本参考例の電気化学セルの断面図、図6は該電気化学セルを構成する凹状容器の斜視図、図7は該凹状容器の底面図、図8は該電気化学セルの分解図を示す。
なる内部端子5aは、パターン形成時のマスクズレなどによる内部端子5a間の短絡を抑制させるとともに、その電解質10との接触頻度を低下させる。
Claims (6)
- 一対の電極と電解質を収納室に収納する凹状容器と、
前記一対の電極のいずれか一方にのみ共通接続する複数の内部端子を有して前記凹状容器を貫通する端子と、
前記収納室に形成されて前記複数の内部端子を覆う保護膜とを備え、
前記凹状容器は、四角板状の底部と該底部の外縁に沿う四角枠状の壁部とから構成され、
前記電解質は、液体状またはゲル状であり、
前記内部端子は、前記底部の上面に形成されて、該上面からの厚みを有する層であり、
前記保護膜は、前記内部端子間を埋めるように前記複数の内部端子の全体を覆う
ことを特徴とする電気化学セル。 - 前記端子は、
前記凹状容器の外側面に設けられた共通外部端子と、
前記収納室の外側で前記内部端子と前記共通外部端子とを共通接続する複数の配線と
を備え、
前記複数の配線は、
前記底部と前記壁部との間に形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1の電気化学セル。 - 前記内部端子は、タングステン、モリブデン、ニッケル、金及びこれらの複合材料からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種類からなり、かつ単層または複数層からなることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の電気化学セル。
- 前記内部端子は、炭素を主体とした導電性材料からなることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の電気化学セル。
- 前記凹状容器は、アルミナ、窒化ケイ素、ジルコニア、炭化ケイ素、窒化アルミニウム、ムライト及びこれらの複合材料からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種類を含むセラミ
ックからなることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の電気化学セル。 - 前記保護膜は、アルミニウムまたは炭素を主体とした材料からなることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の電気化学セル。
