Description
図面を参照しつつ本発明の一実施形態について説明する。図1は、この発明の実施形態に従い車両に搭載される自動変速型のトランスミッション、内燃機関、およびその周辺装置をあらわしたブロック図である。
次に図3を参照しつつ、エンジン101からカウンタシャフト214への動力の伝達経路について説明する。図3の(a)は、トランスミッション経由で動力が伝達されるときの動力の伝達経路を示す図である。
本発明の一実施形態において、シフトチェンジの際のクラッチ切断時であっても、エンジン101からカウンタシャフト214への出力が絶えることがないように、電磁ブレーキ205によって制動されたプラネタリギヤを介して動力がカウンタシャフト204に伝達される構成となっている。
次に図7から図18を参照しつつ、本発明の一実施形態における変速機の変速プロセスについて説明する。
Claims (6)
- エンジンと車軸との間の変速比を変更する変速機構、および該変速機構と前記エンジンとの間の駆動力の伝達を断続できるクラッチを備えたトランスミッションであって、
前記エンジンと前記車軸との間に設けられ、サンギヤと、複数のプラネタリピニオンと、該複数のプラネタリピニオンを相互に接続するキャリアと、リングギヤと、を備えるプラネタリギヤと、
前記プラネタリギヤのキャリアに接続し、前記クラッチの解放信号に応答して制動力を発生させる電磁ブレーキと、
前記エンジンと前記プラネタリギヤとに接続するバイパスシャフトとを備え、
前記クラッチの解放間に前記電磁ブレーキの制動力により前記キャリアの回転を制限することにより、前記エンジンからの駆動力を、前記バイパスシャフトを介しておよび前記キャリアによって相互接続される複数のプラネタリピニオンの回転を介して、前記車軸に伝達する、トランスミッション。 - クリープ走行の要求が発生したとき、前記電磁ブレーキを駆動して制動力を発生させ、前記エンジンの駆動力を前記車軸に伝達する、請求項1に記載のトランスミッション。
- 前記電磁ブレーキが発生する制動力は、車速または要求駆動力に応じて設定される、請求項1に記載のトランスミッション。
- 前記電磁ブレーキが発生する制動力は、電磁コイルに流れる電流を目標値に制御することによって制御される、請求項1に記載のトランスミッション。
- 前記電流の制御は2自由度応答指定型制御によって行われる、請求項4に記載のトランスミッション。
- 前記クラッチによる駆動力の断続の制御が2自由度応答指定型制御によって行われ、前記電流の制御と前記駆動力の断続の制御の目標値応答特性の指定が同じである、請求項5に記載のトランスミッション。
